I’m writing to follow up on my previous issue with installing and running the Stockifly program. Thankfully, the recommendations you provided worked, and I’m no longer experiencing the issue.
However, I’ve encountered a new challenge. After uploading products, suppliers, users, and other data, I attempted to run a backup through the program’s settings:
Settings > Database Backup > Generate Backup
The program notified me that the “Backup Generated Successfully”, but I couldn’t find the backed-up file in the specified directory: “storage/app/public/backup”.
I’ve double-checked the directory, but there’s no sign of the backup file. I’m concerned that my data might not be safely backed up.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I’d appreciate guidance on:
1. Where to find the backed-up file (if it’s not in the specified directory) 2. How to verify that the backup was successful 3. Any additional steps to ensure my data is safely backed up

I’m reaching out for assistance with installing and running the Stockifly program on my local machine using Xampp. Here’s a step-by-step account of what I’ve done so far:
1. Installed Xampp on my machine 2. Downloaded the Stockifly program from CodeCanyon 3. Extracted the program files and copied the Stockifly folder to the htdocs folder in Xampp 4. Created a new database named “stockifly” in phpMyAdmin (accessed through Xampp) 5. Attempted to access the program by navigating to localhost/stockifly/public in my web browser
However, the installation process gets stuck at the “Please wait… we are preparing something amazing for you” screen and doesn’t progress further.
To troubleshoot, I found a temporary solution by running the program using Xampp’s terminal:
1. Navigated to the xampp/stockifly directory in the terminal 2. Ran the command “php artisan serve”
This allows me to access the program, but it crashes frequently with the error “In ServeCommand.php line 328…. Undefined array key 1”.
I’d greatly appreciate help resolving this issue, as I’d prefer to run the program normally without relying on the terminal command. Please let me know what additional information or steps I can take to resolve this issue.

I did not modify the code, I’m not sure how to. the program was installed into a xampp/htdocs/stockifly

Thanks for sharing the link, however as i have mentioned above i have the program installed on a dedicated PC in my store locally. the program uses xampp. xampp/htdocs/stockifly.
i would prefer that when i go to the url localhost/stockfly, the program will load normally.
but it does not so i figured i could use php artisan serve to make it work… but it will work for a while and then stop.
this is a serious concern for me.

Sales+ Cost of sales – (NOT PURCHASE)
Because the purchase for this month can also be sold next month. As per your logic, generating the report if I don’t have a purchase this month takes all the revenue as profit. Profit is the cost of purchase – the cost of sale and other additional expenses. So please correct it.

And I was searching in the report for the payment due statements/ Customer Due Statement which is Total due statement by customer. For example, If a customer had purchased multiple times and some of the invoices didn’t pay then a statement has to send to the customer regarding the payment due with invoice ID. That part is missing, or I couldn’t find it. Pls help.

Hi I have a question, on Purchase menu when we create new purches everything is working fine but why on Order Status which are Received, Pending and Orderd when all of this selected and submitted Product qty: always increase. This should be when status is Received that we should upadate the qty of products.

1. 2. Yes you can generate multiple online store from admin panel 3. For that you need to assign permissions from settings => roles 4. Yes when you approve them 5. Clock-in and clock-out is always visible to your staff members 6. Set the clock-in time and clock-out time from settings => HRM Settings 7. Right now monthly bases salary generated 8. Day wise 9. Reports are visible on the web but notification is not their 10. You must have to setup the online store and must add product from website settings

I have purchesed your laravel stock inventory and successfuly installed on my cpanel. However, I have an issue regarding issuing invoice and also export pdf in report. My problem is that I use my local font which is called Khmer Unicode for each products name and when I perform those taks which is download pdf in report and issue invioce it show me like character like this ŸÒ”€”Òš¶Æ. Please kindly guide me how solve this problem.
