Workflow automation: AI can trigger and manage complex email sequences, such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and post-purchase follow-ups, based on user actions or time intervals. So can we use AI with this? If not, any plans to add AI into these automations?

This is only a plugin for the MailWizz EMA and only email sending is currently supported.

However, the automation have a webhook functionality and you can possibly use that to call any api also.

Assalamualaikum, I have added the new version of automation in Mailwizz after a long time.

I tried it 2 to 3 times, but there is a small issue. When the campaign is triggered the first time and all the logic works, it does not run again.

The campaign only sends one time. The “send campaign” block does not work the second time.

I have read the documentation carefully and followed it step by step. According to the documentation, I have built the automation as follows:

First, I added a “List Subscriber” block.

Then, I added a “Run Campaign” block to send the first campaign.

After that, I added some logic blocks.

Then, I added another “Run Campaign” block to send the second campaign.

Now, the first campaign runs successfully, and the subscriber also moves to the second list. But the second campaign is not sending.

I have used this method before and it used to work fine, but now it is not sending the second campaign anymore.

I think this could be a bug in the automation system.

Thank you for the clear illustration and for confirming you have once used this and it works.

When you moved a subscriber, it change list. If you want to follow up with a moved subscriber in automation, ensure you have set ’ Follow moved subscribers ’ to ‘Yes’ in the automation plugin settings.

If this is ‘No’ the subscriber will be lost after the move block.

Try running in debug mode as illustrated in the documentation to see message as the automation runs.

Pre-Sale: what’s the appeal of this module as it pertains to creating workflows in Mailwizz and integrating with other scripts like Perfex? Is there a connection? Apologies as I’m just getting around to considering Mailwizz and I can’t recall why this plugin was referenced with Perfex. I may have my wires crossed. Any responses appreciated.

Hello, Here’s what I’d like to do, but to do it I have to explain how I currently use Mailwizz. 1. I have 4 lists and each list has 10 segments, languages English, French, Spanish, etc.. 2. I have created autoresponder campaigns of 54 emails for each language, 540 autoresponder emails in all sent to the lists that the language of the subscriber.

But the problem is that it’s a mess.

So I wanted to create 10 automations using your solution.

Question: When using your automation, will the filter applied to the segments be taken into account when sending?

I am writing to request a refund for the tool I purchased from you: the Automation Tool.

I have contacted you multiple times to report numerous bugs in tool, but you have repeatedly made excuses and refused to issue a refund.

Automation Tool Issues: The automation click-through blog does not work. The tool resends emails to unsubscribed contacts. You claim that this is a Mailwizz issue, but it is not. Mailwizz only sends emails to contacts that are added to the list. Your automation should have a block or filter to exclude unsubscribed contacts. If a campaign bounces, the automation adds the bounced contacts to another list. The automation should remove bounced contacts, add them to a separate list, or create a separate block for them to prevent them from being re-emailed. Your automation adds a question mark (?) to the subject line of all emails sent. There are many other bugs that I cannot describe. I am not satisfied with your automation tool and I am requesting a refund.

Please do not make any excuses and do not ask for access to my account again.

I have already given you access three or four times, and the issues persist.

New automation created as well.

Page ”/customer/index.php/automations/index” loads with broken layout and no error message. Automation interface do not appear.

No other error logged.

Please reply, not possible to user automation this way.

I removed the subscriber from a list that has automation and placed him on another list that doesn’t have automation.

Even so, the subscriber continues to receive messages from the automation that is linked to the old list to which the subscriber no longer belongs.

How to make the automation stop sending messages when the subscriber leaves the list?
