That is the intended behaviour. To completely replace the main title, you can use the Custom Header field and enter <title>Your Custom Title</title> that will override the existing title.

Receiving messages from specific provider is something that is connected to which SMS Gateway you’re using and not really tSMS (or the other script you use currently).
I suggest you check with your SMS Gateway provider on why you’re not able to receive sms from certain providers.

Per sms charge depends upon which provider you choose. For example, MessageBird charges nothing for receiving messages however services like Twilio charges some .79 cent per message and so on.
is there anyway we can setup US numbers without been 10DLC A2P verification from, TWILIO / Message bird, or any other paltforms, they cost more than we can earn monthly to get verified, and its not possible to use this script without these gateways, please let us know how can we setup numbers

Yeah, we’re aware that Twilio needs additional steps to receive all messages. Unfortunately, there is no way around it.
However, you can try alternate platforms like Plivo and Proovl to setup with tSMS.

Based on our testing, we didn’t felt the need of doing additional steps. However, it’s best you get in touch with them before investing anything and get a confirmation on this.

Yeah, sure. We’ve seen users reporting to us that they’re not able to receive SMS from specific providers and it turns out that the SMS Gateway that they chose was blocking the messages, for example, Twilio blocks any messages from WhatsApp. Unfortunately, it’s out of our control as we’re not tied to any specific provider. However, there was a dispute with one such user who claimed something was wrong with tSMS and this is the only reason why messages from WhatsApp are not arriving on tSMS. It ended with a negative review of our product. We try very hard to keep our product quality high and customers happy in any way we can, and this instance made us warn potential similar customers not to buy tSMS without confirming the requirements.
Apologies if you were looking for a quick answer, but I thought it’s better to give some context before explaining what is the warning for.
We suggest that you check with the SMS Gateway, that you choose to go with, on various filters that they might have which may block services like WhatsApp and likes. Before you buy tSMS, align what exactly you’re looking for when buying tSMS. For example, if you’re buying tSMS to receive SMS from WhatsApp (or your end-users might use it for WhatsApp), then check with the service provider on whether they allow you to receive SMS from WhatsApp and get an account activated before you purchase tSMS as they usually have a verification process.

You will need to have a SMS Gateway which can help you receive the SMS and then forward that SMS to a HTTP URL with ability to customize the parameters. Apart from that, you will need the hosting platform as well which meet the tSMS requirements. For requirements, please check out the product page.

Link cell phones with numbers since you can link an unlimited number of cell phones and receive the responses. These are redirected to tSMS

Regarding your first question, you don’t really need Zender for that. There are tons of free options that can do it. One of which is https://f-droid.org/en/packages/tech.bogomolov.incomingsmsgateway/
And yes, you can use SignalWire, Twilio and MessageBird together at the very same time. tSMS is not connected to one specific gateway. If you can just setup a forwarder from anywhere to a URL with options to specific the parameter, that will work with tSMS.
