I am not able to use the addons because when i try to register it says its already registered in a subfolder that i had installed the application while testing, After moving the files from the subfolder to the root folder i cannot register the addon. I have already sent a ticket #6399 but 24hrs later i have not received any response.

Could you kindly explain to me what the support for this module pack coveres, please? I ask because you have asked me to renew my support for an older standalone instance of Gmeet that I stopped using when I bought this pack and installed the Gmeet module that is bundled in it, which is covered by the Support plan that is clearly still very active.
When you ask me to renew my support for the standalone Gmeet module, and ignore this one that is active, does it not seem to you as if you are only after money from me and not necessarily caring about my support needs which are covered by the active support plan for the module pack?
I surely am not happy with you guys at all. You seem insensitive and overly money-driven on many occassions.

Sorry, but currently there is no option available in Smart School for Google Workspace integration to get a list of users and groups and login using their Google Workspace accounts. Related to Google, Smart School only has Google Meet addon module (Smart School Gmeet Live Class), which can be used for live classes and meetings in Smart School.

Sorry but Smart School currently doesn’t supports any other live class solution except google meet or zoom.
hello i want to know that can we send sms on whatsapp same like branded sms. If we mark attendance then absent notification will sent to whatsapp automatic. Is this feature available ? if this feature not available how we can get this feature in our software
What happens if i don’t buy this bundle package but instead i continue purchasing modules separately? will i be able to recieve updates for those separately purchased modules? Because there are some modules that are not useful in our country (Uganda) like CBSE Exam…Here in Uganda, we don’t have that in our country’s education set up….
If you will purchase addons separately then you will get updates for it and there is no difference between separate addon and an addon module bundle pack addon. Addon modules bundle pack is for those users who want to use all addons and want to purchase these all addons at once in good pricing.

I would like to know if the development of the accounting module is still ongoing. Additionally, I am wondering why the biometric attendance module is not included in the Addon Modules Bundle.
I previously purchased the biometric attendance module, but unfortunately, it is not very useful because its features are quite limited. It does not effectively manage the entry and exit times of teachers, which is quite disappointing.
Is it include all the addon including Android app?
No, Smart School Android App is a mobile category app and not included in addon bundle pack. Smart School Bundle Pack includes 8 addons Smart School Online Course, Smart School Zoom Live Class, Smart School Gmeet Live Class, Smart School Multibranch, Smart School Behaviour Records , Smart School Two Factor Authentication, Smart School CBSE Examination and Smart School QR Code Attendance.

You can’t get refund once the item has been downloaded in any circumstances. Please note that Smart School is digital item and once downloaded at your end it can not be taken back to us so refund can not be possible.
