Hi I saw the demo for the app. Some questions before purchassing as i did’nt see these in parameters. Not possible to display amount in XOF format (disable the decimal for amount). How to change if i purchase the app ?
there are 2 following error in program,
1- when we add item and put its purchase price and sale price, after sale this item, profit should be difference of sale price – purchase price, but its shows profit total sale, if we put sale after purchase item, then profit shows correct.
2- When we add expense, there is no show cash head, where we are using expense payment.

1. How many years can this script support without crashing, I mean MYSQL database… Let’s say there are 100 purchases/sales daily. After how much time do we need to delete old data to prevent database bloat?
2. We need a function for “Expiration Date”. We need to add production dates for products. Similar to the “stock alert”, we need an alert for the “Expiration Date”. For example, if there are 10 days left, the system needs to send an email alert. I saw there expiry date for product, but what is purpose? I cant see any page that you are sing this data

Each reports are showing based on the permissions… like if you have products view permissions then you can view the Stock Alert report. You can check for other permissions also for other reports

Vendors/Suppliers don’t have password option(if it is it their we will will remove that)

You can enable or disable the online Order Website from settings/warehouses.. Also you can set the Online website from Website Setup menu.

In the roles they are wrong, an option is missing independent that of the roles or permission an option that cannot be visualized the dashboard with all the information information sales etc …
