It turns out there are no live meetings in the app, I thought that through the jitsi integration you can watch the meeting in the mobile app itself. But that’s not the case.
Even if I as a trainer accept the booking of a meeting, I have no possibility to insert a link from the jitsi server that I deployed, it has to be done manually.
Then tell me why in admin settings to insert jitsi url credentials? Or the bigbluebutton api

The meeting logic is similar for both web and mobile versions.
There are two solutions:
1- You can use the in-app live system (Agora)
2- You can use the custom link option to define the meeting information from any platform.

In the demo version, there is only the option to enter as an organization, instructor or student, there is no administrator mode. I was unable to view the menus that you indicated to me, accessing as Organization.

The issue is that there are numerous software programs for creating SCORM content, and each generates the content in a different way.
The structure of SCORM files is generally similar, but there are minor differences among providers, making the process unique for each, so unified documentation for all providers is not feasible.
We have attempted to explain the fundamentals of creating SCORM in the documentation.

The issue is that on your documentation you have steps that don’t exist anymore in our dashboard simply for uploading SCORM files onto the LMS- please update those, having good documentation is important for us to carry on with your products. We can’t always rely on submitting tickets for very basic questions

First, please consider your Rocket LMS support is expired. Nevertheless, my colleagues have assisted you with your existing tickets.
Considering your previous communications (Satoshi account), we are unwilling to continue this argument.
We confirm that all the tickets will be answered in less than the regular response time, excluding weekends. We are also humans and we need to have weekends:)
We have reduced our weekends from two days to a single day.
Although our official response time is 48 hours, our team tries to answer all tickets within 24 hours on working days and you can check this case on your tickets.
We will also not ignore our other customers and will answer all requests according to the queue.

You are commenting on the “Plugin Bundle” product page, and you have support for this product so get the “Supported” badge.
During your support time, you will get support for all plugins, and we have no problems with this case.
You don’t have any support plan for Rocket LMS so it is clear that if you need help for a feature outside of the plugin bundle, you need to renew your Rocket LMS support.

I want to create live class course marketplace (it will have some pre recorded videos, live classes, text, quiz).. Instructors/organizations will have course with multiple batches (date wise & time wise), so how to manage them?

You can create a marketplace with Rocket LMS.
You will need to copy courses and create a separate course for each time period.
For example, Course #1 – Summer, Course #1 – Autumn

If a Institute will copy paste courses batch wise then their will be so many listing for the same course… The option should be under 1 listing for ex: iPhone 14 have 256 & 512gb storage option when purchasing from Amazon & we can switch those option in single listing.
