Hello,
I installed the plugin on my site and it broke my website. Here’s the error:
Warning: require_once(/home/.../public_html/iec/wp-content/plugins/on-scroll-tiles/widgets/tiles_columns.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.../public_html/iec/wp-content/plugins/on-scroll-tiles/config.php on line 81
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ’/home/.../public_html/iec/wp-content/plugins/on-scroll-tiles/widgets/tiles_columns.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/.../public_html/iec/wp-content/plugins/on-scroll-tiles/config.php on line 81
Is there a way to fix this?
It seems there are some PHP files missing from the widgets folder that could be causing the issue https://prnt.sc/pQzHiz-R8ZCu
This is the error I get now: https://prnt.sc/_Tcx52ZNasrZ
Website still breaks when the plugin is activated.
Please, download and update the item after 10 min. You should be receiving an email when the item update is ready.
Hello, I’ve just bought your “One-scroll Tile Gallerie for Elementor” extension.
I managed to install and activate the plugin but I can’t activate the license.
I’ve already had this problem with another of your products and you had to intervene directly on the site as administrator.
Do you know where this error comes from?
Have a nice day
The issue comes from your WordPress installation that certain features/extensions are not enabled by your hosting provider/PHP configuration.
Please, make sure wp_json_encode/wp_remote_post is enabled on your hosting.
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I can’t find this information with my host, but I have no problems installing and activating other plugins in this same format with license activation keys, so I think everything is activated. I installed wordpress in the standard way. what can i do to activate the plugin?
You can check the error.log file for the system issues – then you could contact your hosting provider for the fixes; as stated, wp_json_encode/wp_remote_post is required to be active and installed on your server.
There’s no issue with the plugin activation unless the PHP functions are disabled on your server.
I’ve contacted my hosting provider, who has assured me that everything is fine on their end and that wp_json_encode/wp_remote_post is activated on my hosting. I don’t really know what else to do, as I’m not qualified in all these technical aspects, I’d just like to use the plugin. Is there any other way to activate the plugin?
Can you please share FTP login details via contact form? I don’t mind to take a look at the website ( again ) and manage the manual activation.
Thanks for your help. I’ve just sent you all this via the contact form.
Hello, When do you think the plugin will be operational on my site? Thank you in advance. Have a nice day!
I have requested additional information via email. I’m still waiting for your response.
Hello, I haven’t received any e-mail from you, I’ve checked my spam. Could you please send it again?
I have sent it already three times. If you’re using third party software, Outlook or similar, please, do check your emails directly from hotmail.fr
Did you receive my reply by e-mail?
No, I haven’t received any email from you
ok I just sent you back
I have sent an email via my second email account. Please, confirm if you receive it. I will be activating the plugin within few minutes.
I’ve just sent it to you
Did you receive the email I have sent with my second gmail account?
Yes I received it but the mail is empty
It shouldn’t be an empty email. I have activated the plugin on your website manually and it should work with any problem now but please do contact your hosting provider to find a solution for the issue that it’s been logged on the following file. Most likely it’s coming from the PHP version:
/www/wp-content/debug.log
Thank you very much, it does indeed work! All right, I’ll contact my host again. Thank you for your help and have a nice day!
Sorry, I just tried the plugin and I notice 2 things. 1: when I add the plugin to a page and save the changes, there’s a problem at the front, the page no longer scrolls. 2: I can’t see all the possibilities offered by the theme, like here: https://preview.codecanyon.net/item/onscroll-tile-galleries-for-elementor/full_screen_preview/48775434
The plugin requires little bit configuration, check the documentation, section “ii. Basic Settings” On my end, all of the “widgets” are visible. Clear your browser cache before check it again
https://codecanyon.net/item/onscroll-tile-galleries-for-elementor/48775434/faqs/55891I can see all the plugins now! I’ve had a good look at the doc and I see that for this to work, all the widgets must be put in a main div with the “data-scroll-container” class.
This is problematic when using Elementor and managing header and footer as Elementor templates.
Is there really no way of using the widget as desired on the page?
You can use any Elementor container to use the widgets, as long as you add the class name to the div manually.
That’s what I did, but unfortunately it doesn’t work: once I’m on the front, I can’t scroll. If you want to check it out directly here: https://camibo-creative.fr/wp-admin/post.php?post=16&action=elementor (I’ve sent you access to my site)
You will need to add all of the contents under the same container which DIV class “data-scroll-container” should be added or you could modify the on-scroll-tile.php on your child-theme that I have added to your website ( the file is under templates folder inside of the ZIP )
Thank you, indeed it makes the plugin work well in the page. However, there is still a conflict with the header and footer.
For the header I created a sticky header which can hide the problem but the footer is not visible when you scroll.
Not being a great developer, I use Elementor and compatible plugins to make my job easier, but it all looks very complicated and requires adapting to the plugin…
I went to look at the file “the on-scroll-tile.php” on my child-theme, I tried to place the header and footer inside the main but it doesn’t seem like a very appropriate way to do it? Moreover, it creates conflicts with the page design.
You may change the identifier at line 15 on wp-content/plugins/on-scroll-tiles/assets/js/on-scroll-tiles.js as below, it may help:
From:
document.querySelector('.data-scroll-container'),
To :
document.querySelector('body'),
PS: I have just updated your file. It should work fine now. ( child-theme/on-scroll-tile.php )
I tried this, it does indeed redisplay the footer but it seems to create a conflict with an “Unlimited element” plugin I use to display my instagram feed in the footer.
What’s more, I noticed on the same page that the section where I use your other plugin “Media reveal hover image”, the hover images are no longer displayed.
it also shows me a white band space at the top of the page
I’m unable to offer a solution for the third-party extensions but I will get the hover-media issue checked and if necessary the update will be published soon.
Yes, I understand. Currently the third-party extension is working again and so is the “Hover média” plugin. On the other hand, it’s the modules of the “One scroll Tile” plugin that aren’t working properly. I’ve tested them all and some work, but not exactly as in the demo, and others don’t display at all on the front.
For example: - Oneline Tile” doesn’t display at the front - Column Tile” works, but leaves large holes in the grid on columns 2 and 4 at the beginning and end of the animation. - Rotated Tile” doesn’t display all columns and has a rather strange animation.
I’ve also noticed that everything doesn’t work properly in the mobile version.
As in the demo/live site and previously stated on the comments:
This widget based on Locomotive.JS which the current version ( 4.1.x ) is not compatible with mobile features as default. They are working on for the fix with the new version ( v.5.x ) that is BETA now. When it’s stable, we will be updating a solution for the mobile. For now, mobile part would be static.
Very well for the mobile version, do you have an estimate of when this will be resolved? Concerning the bugs on the desktop version, are you planning to stabilize that as well?
The work-around is just to add “breakpoint” to plugins/on-scroll/tiles/assets/js/on-scroll-tiles.js as seen below but in some cases, it doesn’t respond well :
Before:smooth: trueAfter:
smooth: true,
tablet: {
breakpoint: 0,
}
I’m not sure about the “desktop” issue as the previous suggestion for “identifies” seemed working on your website.
Hello, I’m contacting you because after updating the plugin, there are display problems on the page where the plugin is located. can you help me?
If you’re using the “CodeCanyon” files, you’d need to update the plugin again through the automated system.
If it’s the update after the automated system, please, be specific about the issues you’re having.
Is this plugin working only on desktop? I tried opening the demo page on my phone and nothing moves, the images are static.

Hi! Love this. Can we trigger button actions or JS actions from each image? If not, can we work on this extended function together? Thanks!
The item features are as they are on the demo site, trigger is via scroll, not via button actions. If you’re looking for modifications to the item, you can contact me through the contact form to discuss the details:
