I checked the documentation here, check the item:

C) Customizing the game images:

1 – Select the image you want to customize, click the right mouse button and select edit animations.

2 – Select image in your computer, using the option “Load the image from a file”.

The instructions above are accompanied by images showing exactly where to click in Construct 2.
