It’s used to display email of that contact message. Example: if I enter contact@botble.com in contact form, it will be shown in email, then you can reply it.

As in general setting we set admin email and hence we receive contact form on that email.

I think you are mentioning “Receiver emails” in contact settings.
You can setup this email in Settings → Contact.
These emails will be received in email from the contact form. Leave it blank and the email will be sent to admin email.
