Hi, the auto reset spin function doesn’t seem to be working. I set the number of spins per email to 3 and enabled the auto reset spin function, but it’s not functioning properly. Could you help me fix it?

I will present 6 prizes in the popup and each prize includes different discounts. However, each winning user must have a unique discount code. Because if I manually enter 1 code for each discount in the plugin, they can share this code with others. If I make the code 1-use, only 1 person will benefit from it. In other words, a unique single-use code must be created for the person who wins the discount and will provide the relevant discount. How do I do it?

It seems that you are confused about our plugin WooCommerce Lucky Wheel which offers coupon prizes, instead of WordPress Lucky Wheel is not.
In the WooCommerce Lucky Wheel, coupons can be the existing coupons (available in standard WooCommerce coupons) and unique coupons are generated by our plugin and merged into WooCommerce coupons. They share the same mechanisms, it is possible to distribute a coupon for the person who wins the discount and only this person can use the coupon using the Email restrictions option. In the free version, you can try with the existing coupon of WooCommerce and configure this option in the WooCommerce coupon > Usage restriction > Allow emails/Email restrictions, see this documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/#usage-restriction

1. Coupon rewards are not applied for WordPress Lucky Wheel plugin, but it is possible with WooCommerce Lucky Wheel plugin , an email with a coupon code will be sent to the winner after spinning, as you see in this video.
2. The winner needs to copy the coupon code in the Email and apply it on the cart/checkout page.
3. I am not sure what you mean by checking for temporary mail boxes before clicking the spin button. But if to check an email after spinning, you can try temporary mail online.
4. Yes, and these features (popup auto appearances after a certain time, sliding the web, user is about to exit) are the same on mobile and PC.
5. Yes, it is possible, you will set that in the coupon setting: Usage limit coupon per user.
