HI there, Checking ingredient stock when making sale is not available in our system. Say for example if a food menu has 12 ingredients it will take long time to check stock of each ingredient and allow to sale or not which is not feasible feature for a restaurant. Hope you can understand. But if you still want this feature, we can do it as an additional customization at extra charge. Thanks!

I am the support team, after investigation there server, we got, they remove the data from server, they restore the database from there server backup.

Hello, after one and half month we are using the soft. The Network KOT, Bill and Invoice network printer started dont print , It happened in one branch firstly, after 10 days also happened in other branch . What is the reason? How we can resolve? The test Local Printing server is working but in the system after order it is not print the KOT.

Hi, This software seems very complete to me, and I’m interested, but when I tried the demo, I couldn’t find a way to see the total amount of a table when charging them. In a restaurant, the core is the table, and it doesn’t matter how many orders that table has, when billing and charging, the invoice should be issued for the total consumption of the table, regardless of whether it has orders from the POS and from QR codes at the same time. Could you please explain to me how this works? Thanks!

Actually this system is designed keeping in mind that multiple persons(not in same group) can place multiple order from one table if the table is large and shareable. And it usually happens a lot. Thats why we focused on order number instead of table number. This way covers take away and delivery type order too. I hope you understand now.

Yes, that was explained clearly. However, in my region, sharing tables isn’t customary, and it’s typical for groups of 10 to dine together, each ordering various items from the menu. Consequently, by the end of the meal, there could be around 20 separate orders, which are all paid for collectively. Therefore, I suggest a feature for a future version: an option to display all the items ordered for a particular table (combining all orders), allowing for a single invoice to be generated for the total amount. With this functionality, your software would be adaptable to the management styles of various restaurants, and I would be eager to purchase it. Best regards!

Dont buy this script. Lot of bugs. They not attending to them. They tell to put ticketss. And they give unrealted answers. Network printing is very jam.. Not working. Running orders not showing. bad script ever. Dont buy this.

After assisting on 12 tickets of you, this comment is very unrealistic. You have created 12 tickets and most of them are well explained in the documentation that indicates that you dont read the documentation. But we assisted with no complain. And another question is if network printer is not working and running orders does not show how our other thousand clients are using it?

Hi, 1) Network printing issue. ( CORS Error ) As you told we did accept risk button. But after some days browser give warnings and printing not working till we run your test print server page.

2) When we modifying the Order, on prop up note input window, New KOT items going with Wrong item qty.

3) When we have minimum 20 running orders in the left panel , the browser struck.

4) When waiter logged to their account the waiter can select the other waiters.

5) When finish the order, table not auto delete from table propup window

I am on 7.2 V.. And i tested with Firefox, Google Chrome & opera.. Same issues on all browsers.

Don’t tell me to create ticket. Please answers to above bugs on here.

We are having an issue ,

when we add a drink lets say dbl vodka and add a modifier as coke we need to make it so each item of drink is different as when a customer orders 1x dbl vodka and coke and then a dbl vodka and redbull it edits the same item so it means that the coke is already ticked

would there be a way to make it so i can charge the same item e.g dbl vodka but have different spirits

So the drink Amaretto there should be 4 of them on the cart but each one should had a different mixer like coke or lemonade etc etc we should not be able to select the muiple mixers per order

I have a single license for my website development software. Is it possible to set up the following workflow:

Remote Server (Production): Deploy the live website on a remote server to run my online shop. Local Environment (Development): Create a duplicate of the website codebase on my local machine for development and testing.

This way, I can make changes and test them locally without affecting the live site. Once I’m satisfied with the changes, I can deploy them to the remote server. Would this be a viable solution?

Yes you can do this. To do this, please setup your copy locally and do all changes you need, then you need to uninstall the license from local and then install on web following our documentation. If you need help in this case please create a ticket on our ticket portal. Thanks!

Question 1: In the same location i have 2 floor and each floor i have a cashier point. I am using Network Printer. In the Printer setting i just can select one printer and one IP for BILL and Also For Invoice. How can i use more than 2 cashier in my Restaurant?

I purchased new key and after few hours they system shows error , helpdesk team not responding at all. and if they response they will tell, ( The issue was solved ) while it is not solving. and I can see at the commands a lot of people facing same issue and no one care to help them to solve it.

And why the support team close the ticket while the issue still there ?!!!!! you will ask me to open new ticket a gain right ?!! this is how you west the time. asking customers to open Ticket and you close it without solving the issue and then come again and ask the customer to open new ticket.
