Hi, it’s been awhile since you do update. I see there is no GST option at the Sales > Products and services. Some product Will have GST some product is not, how to add GST individually at the product and services. The same also on the expenses product and services, also BIll, need to have this option.

Also when I try to add expenses seem like I have white screen with this “Expenses Add New Expenses Add new category” also the subscriber taking the platinum package but seem cannot access HRM. will appreciate if you can assist, Thank you.

Right now in our system we don’t have the individual gst option where you can add a assign GST on invoice creating page.

Please check your php version and make sure its set 7.4 or 8.2 if still no luck send email here: codericks.envato@gmail.com with your server access.

if i just made language with RTL as Hebrew will the PDF also become RTL from right to left in the PDF invoice?

is there option to turn this feature on for PDF to become Right to left?

Yes, I have seen the demo already from my office computer today, but it didn’t work yesterday on my home PC. May be somehow my IP got blocked on your server and I couldn’t access the demo.

Hello team, as a SAAS system, it it’s very important to have these email templates within the system to make it easy for us to grow our businesses which are completely missing from your software. One or two are present anyway but I want to highlight that they are very important to us. If you could create a customisable template for us so we could edit it ouselves to match our preferences, it would be of much importance. Below are the email features needed.

Admin Notifications:

1. New Sign-up: Notify the admin when a new user signs up for the service.

2. Subscription Alert: Notify admin when a user successfully subscribes to a package

3. Payment Failure: Alert the admin when a payment fails or a subscription expires.

4. System Error: Notify the admin of any system errors or downtime.

5. New User Invitation: A template for inviting new users to join the system

6. Custom Message: A blank template for admin, and users to send custom messages to clients or suppliers

User Notifications:

1. Welcome email: Send login credentials and a welcome email to new users.

2. Payment Confirmation: A template to confirm receipt of payment from clients.

3. Invoice Payment: Notify users when a client pays an invoice.

4. New Invoice: Alert users when a new invoice is generated.

5. Payment Reminders: Send reminders for upcoming payment deadlines.

6. Account Updates: Notify users of changes to their account information or subscription plans.

7. Password Reset: Send password reset links when users request them.

8. Failed Payment Attempts: Alert users of failed payment attempts or expired cards.

In fact, not only email, but WhatsApp, SMS, and Slack as well if possible. This script (https://codecanyon.net/item/saas-online-mentoring-platform/50928340) is well advanced and we look forward to seing an improvement to Accufy as well.

In the upcoming update, can you add Phone Number to the signup page? This way, clients would have to provide not only their email but Phone Number as well when signing up for an account. Thanks for understanding.

Secondly, there should be an option for us to see if the user has been able to verify their email or not.

Goodday, I don’t see option to generate statements in your system. Please check Wave Accounting software, https://www.waveapps.com/ they have option to generate statements

In the upcoming updates, is it possible for us to have the following:

1. Import and Export Contacts

2. Email templates

3. The possibility of our clients to be able to login to their accounts

4. Notification Bell to notify us when new clients signup, and other important notifications.

Hello, nice script! When exporting invoice / estimate please put name of company plus invoice number not (Invoive or estimate only). E.g Company_Invoice#001.pdf. Moreover the items margins is too big can you try to reduce them so that we add maybe 8items without the page breaking to another page. Lastly please also add a column for percentages; so that the system can calculate price by x% for us without us using our calculators. Other apps have this features

if i purchased a regular license where payment gateways are not available, how will you change my script to enable payment it after upgrading. as i may do many customizations to it prior the upgrade. your new installation will cause conflicts anf problems…

Now you can continue with regular license and you can also do your customisation so when you upgrade your license we will activate the extended license using your extended purchase code so this will not affect your code and you will not face any problems.

Also for upgrade your license you just need to pay the difference amount $144.
