I fixed the problem. I was using the latest PHP version, 8.3+ and now switched back to 8.2 which seems to have fixed the problem.

Hi, I’m having same issue as another purchaser – when I add to quote – 2 items get added. I have tried as you suggested – turn off all other plugins, no difference. I have narrowed it down to one type of product – its only products with variations. Regardless of how many variations within the product, it always adds 2.

I’ve checked out your demo and cant see any difference in how your variations are setup.

Hello, unfortunately I have no clue. In order to find a solution it is important to find the cause. It could be due to a 3rd party interference or a plugin malfunctioning.

If you disable all your plugins are you experiencing the issue?if so, if you try switching theme, does help? Could you try using the demo site to recreate your scenario and report to me if you are expecting the issue?

Hi I am using the Extra Product Options to configure products with more than 5 variations, but the Extra Product Options do not appear in the Quote.

what do you mean they are not appearing in the quote? A quote is a WooCommerce Order (marked with the custom quote statuses), so that plugin should properly display its data.

If you report a more detailed description of the issue, I can try to understand which is the cause.

Hi, Thanks for replying, yes when I use your Quote plugin for this product, the product needs the Width, Height and colour selected these are added via Extra Product Options plugin (EPO), and when they are specified and added to quote they do not appear in the quote, email template nor the dashboard WooQuotes section.

When you look at the comments section for the Extra Product options plugin there are loads of customers asking about a quote plugin or functionality and they plugin author just keeps saying that they have not found a compatible Quote plugin that works with their plugin.

maybe I know why. Maybe when the product is added to the cart, they are using their custom functions to add the extra attributes along the product (they are not managed as standard product attributes).

So a third-party plugin is not aware of this mechanism, so when they are adding the product to their cart, the extra data is not associated with the product.

I have no idea how it works and has been designed. However, if you send me a private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) I can send you a quotation to perform some analysis on that plugin code to understand how it works.

Once done, I can understand if the compatibility can be implemented and send you a quotation.

I’m done installing and customizing the plugin and it works fine in admin view but not in incognito or mobile. When I add an item to the quote, neither the green line nor the cart icon (which I set to appear in the menu) appears. Not even after refreshing and clearing cache. Please help me with this error.

The plugin is designed to work with fully HTML5 compliant browsers. Make. sure that the incognito mode is not interfering with the user session.
If the plugin requirements are not met by the software you are using to to browse the webpages or if they are preventing use action to be properly traced by the server, there isn’t anything the software can do to avoid that.

What do you mean for coupons? or set price at checkout?

The plugin doesn’t allow to buy any product. It allows to add the products (by default prices are hidde) to a “quote basket” and then ask a quotation for that basket. You can have a preview on how it works by using the demo site.

It sounds very strange, the get_item_count_refunded is a method of the WC_Order class defined by WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.github.io/code-reference/classes/WC-Order.html#method_get_item_count_refunded

it cannot be undefined. Which WooCommerce version are you running? Cold you give a more detailed description of the actions you are performing when experiencing the issue?

we are going to use another plugin seem this qoute plugin is super buggy , and conflicts with ottehr theme components.

from what you reported in the last comment, it seems that you are using plugins that generate interference that even prevent the normal execution of the native methods defined by WooCommerce. As anyone can test via the demo site, in a fully working environment the plugin works without any issue.

Hi, we purchased it through the Envato Elements program, there doesn’t seem to be a way to contact you for support on there so I tried this. OK thanks for the screenshot, on our site it doesn’t show the banner. I now have the notice appearing, I forgot to add the Woocommerce Notices in Elementor. The wording says it has been added to the Quote list. Is there a way to have a button or link in that message to take them to the Quote page?

How to translate the form buttons please

the plugin ships with a .pot translation file named woocommerce-quote.php (located in the language folder inside the plugin) that allows you to translate its string. You need to use a po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), create a .po file for your language, translate the strings you need, and save. It will create a .mo file that you have to save back with the .mo file into the language folder

Where can I change the status names?

Like Quote accepted / Quote Rejected etc.

To change that you need to edit the Order.php file (located in the classes\com folder). The statuses name are managed from line 163 to 217.

Also, I cannot see in the Quote page the full list of quotes received. Only the last one. without any information, only the error!

Hi, I like the plugin overall design, but the mobile view of the quote form is devastating, it gets broken. And a functionallity I would really preffer is when you press ‘get the quote’ button’ you would get redirected to the ‘quotes-page’ since it is really hard to have 2 ’’carts presented on the website – one for purchases, one for quotes’‘

the plugin inherits the theme style and doesn’t define any specific style for mobile or desktop. Thank you for sharing your experience, I’ll try to do my best to improve it in further releases.

I have installed your Quote plugin. Everything on the front end works fine. But the back end does not. Quotes claim to be being sent ok and I do receive a admin email; but that’s were it stops. Quotes are not being populated under the Quote Menu page and no emails appear to be being sent to the customer. Please advise.

Unfortunately, without any further clue it is quite hard to determine the cause and then suggest you a solution.

Try to enable the WordPress debug mode and debug log ( https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/ ). To do that insert the following lines in the wp-config.php you find on the root of your site:

define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
reperform the test and see if more clues are reported in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.

Try also to disable the other 3rd party plugins, one of them might be interfering.

I have an issue cuz every time i want to save changes in settings it just does not save any changes.

I can add text to some sections and it will save changes but when i try to add recaptcha codes or tur on/off switches in settings and go save changes it wont change anything afterwards.

Im afraid its not working. I tripled max input vars and still doesn’t save changes yet it gives me a “Saved successfully!” message.

My ini file:

Earlier it did grabbed changes but now it doesn’t.

As you can test in the demo site (https://codecanyondemo.work/wcqt ) when PHP is properly configured, all post data is properly passed by PHP to the plugin.
