What a disappointing purchase this was why on earth someone is selling a plugin which cannot be customised to fit with your store is beyond me if your wanting to get this app working with your store and working for your business expect to pay an extra $200 tbh I would like a refund now as it is of no use to us at all.
To have it match with your theme you have to pay for customization
To adjust the form you have to pay for customization.
To have it hide the add to cart button on a quote page you have to pay for customization.
For it to hide the price on a quote page you have to pay for customization.
To bulk add to all variations you have to pay for customization.
So spend over $200 with them you might just might get the plugin you think you’re paying for.
Would just like to add to this it appears all Webkul want to do is make money with customization fees as I have noticed on other plugin reviews. Perhaps if they spent some time on making good plugins for business users which you can customize the very basics yourself they would make a better profit from selling these plugins rather then upsetting people with substandard plugins.

I’m not sure what’s worse you emailed to say I’m still using your plugin which I’m not! So not only did you access my admin panel without my further permission (I have the data logged) but you also don’t even know your own plugin as you mistook the yith plugin as your own you really are a terrible and corrupt company.

If you want the customer and store owners to be notified with an email for the messages it will be a part of customization.

ACTUALLY – I would prefer to leave price blank in the variation of the product otherwise it shows up in the catalogue starting at $0 ... how can I make this happen please?

This plugin works a very strange way maybe thats why you haven’t had many sales.
What I am looking for is for the user to be able to click a request a quote button rather that an add to cart button. This is needed when a client doesn’t want to show their prices on their website but rather to collect leads and orders, to send a quote to the customer after they receive the quote request form the website.

The quotes send by the customers are available under a designated WooCommerce Quote section from where the admin can edit the Quote and also able to delete the quote.

Hi, I’ve had a quick look at this product demo – would it be possible to allow the admin to Edit the price of the quote? I don’t need the user to enter the price or quantity of the quote so is it possible to set those as not required?

Yes in our plugin there is a functionality by which the admin can edit the price & quantity of the quote requested by the customer.
Right now as per our default plugin workflow at frontend the user needs to enter qty & price but if you want to make it as not required then it can be done by the help of customizing the module.

can the user submit a quote for non existing product they didn’t find in the marketplace ? for example open RFQ for product X which is not available in the store

I have some pre-sales questions.
I’m using Flatsome theme and I need to be able to have products to sell, that clients can normally add the products to cart and make the checkout/payment.
And at the same time have products without price where clients can request a quote. Regarding this quote, I need a quote list, something similar to a cart, where clients can add severall products, edit the products quantity and options as the majority of products are variable products, and from a unique form request quote for all those products.
Also the Add to Quote option shall only be visible in the products that do not have price, it shall not appear on the products for sale.
Is this possible with your plugin?

Why is it mandatory to send a photo with the quote request ?
Hi, the upload image feature is for the customers to upload some product images similar to the product product for which the customer wants a quote from the admin.if you want that the upload image option will not be mandatory to request a quote then we can disable the mandatory option so that the customers can request a quote without uploading an image.
