GLWS, please would you consider to provide another way for driver to check-in passengers in addition to the QR code. The QR code is challenging at night when the lights are dark and also handling customer phone to scan is also not a good practice and concerns on privacy, damage to phone should it fall when handling, cumbersome, time wasting, etc. I suggest may be the driver can just enter the booking number to see passenger details and then just click confirm button to check-in.
Also at drop-off location, driver can just click ‘drop’. Currently the app does not provide option to drop-off passenger or a way to end the journey. I think this is important for tracking purposes and handling claims.
