I have 3 Perfex CRM system in 3 diffrent domain

1 is for india -> in this domain i accept INR, USD, GBP, and other 2-3 currency so if i buy this it work for all this currency ?

2nd i have saas crm -> so if i install this module in my saas crm can my all customer can use this

for example i charge 1200 INR per year to my indian client for domain renew and every year they paid me right now i want to do this via autodebit how can my client do it

like they can do via their credit card or debit card or what like they need to enter thier bank details ??

and same question for UK and USA client

Our module inherits invoice’s currency.

You need a regular license for each instance, or an extended one to be used in tenant systems.

Stripe’s SEPA mandates are all about IBAN automatic capturing. Clients need to fill their bank account’s IBAN.

Thanks, I just bought the plugin and used my Stripe account as alternative. I’ve set it up and it’s working well! I only noticed that with Stripe iDeal I can set a “Fixed Fee”. Can we also make this possible for Stripe SEPA, so I can charge the transaction costs for my clients? Thanks!

You can add this adjustment in the invoices of Perfex CRM.

Our module’s capture price has to be identical with the amount of the respective invoice.

Pre-sales question: To pay with SEPA Direct Debit, do I need to enter my IBAN only in my profile or also/only in the Stripe payment screen? From the cover image, it looks like I have to choose between SEPA payment and credit card. Can you clarify?

You just need to enter the IBAN in customer’s profile.

Yes, you can use the license reset tool found inside the support portal.

This update from 06/12/2025 when creating recurring invoices gives an error in Stripe:

“parameter_invalid_empty – customer You passed an empty string for ‘customer’. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however ‘customer’ cannot be unset. You should remove ‘customer’ from your request or supply a non-empty value.”

That shall not happen – Please raise a support ticket within the support portal, so our engineers can check it for you.

I had entered the data on the client side of the admin to test and when issuing the invoice this error occurred… but if I enter the data on the client side, the admin already works when issuing the invoice. Thanks for the quick response.

does it support invoice number as stripe „statement_descriptor“? If not, the debit is without payment reference in the customers bank account.

Can you please update the log file for the last updated please? Beside we would like to know if we have a recurring invoice it should automatically send the payment request to Stripe as the invoice is created but once it arrives to the end date we have to manually do it.

Besides we would like to know once Stripe Payment has been processed correctly the payment status can be changed to paid automatically? This will also be helpful to consider as update.

3. In addition to the European Union, is it also compatible with North America and South America?

4. Does the module support recurring payments or automatic subscriptions through SEPA?

5. Are there any limits or restrictions regarding the amounts that can be processed through SEPA via this module?

6. Does the module include features to manage payment failures or automatic retries in case a payment cannot be processed?

7. Is it possible to customize the design of the SEPA payment authorization page within the module to match our company’s branding?

8. Does the module support multiple currencies or is it limited to a specific currency?

9. How are notifications or alerts handled when a SEPA payment is successfully processed or fails?

This uses as a payment method in Perfex – its not mandatory and will not be applicable to Invoices where its not selected.

Client needs to enter his IBAN details, straight at his Customer portal profile.

It works wherever Stripe Direct Debit works (now or in the future) – We do provide the code, not the service.

Every invoice that has a DD assigned, will be captured within Stripe.

No limits apply.

Payment failures and automatic retries are things managable through Stripe.com’s interface. The logic behind of our module is to create the DD.

Yes, you can customize this view page by custom editing our module’s files with the help of your developer or by your own, depending on your coding familiarization skills.

All currencies are supported – they are handled by Perfex CRM and its Invoicing controller.

Our module will notify you within the dashboard, regarding payment failures. Stripe will also do the same, for failed and successful ones.

Coupons can be used through Invoices – our module uses the built-in Invoicing controller of Perfex CRM.

It works with automatic capture – its a debit mandate.

As long as Stripe supports SEPA for your account, it shall be fine. Our module is country agnostic.

Only Recurring Payment supportet or also subscription?

Recurring Invoices are supported, yes.

I mean automatic payment by sepa. Or does the customer always have to click on pay?

This is a SEPA module – so payments are suppossed to be automatically captured.

Is it possible to work with saas so that I can allow tenants to use the model?

Yes, if your SaaS solution allows third party modules, that will be allowed.

Νο – update shall work smoothly without any additional actions.

Unfortunately, since the update, no payments have been made.

That needs to be examined by our support team.

I am reaching out to request a reset of the SEPA Direct Debit payment gateway key associated with my Stripe account. The key is used for integration with Perfex CRM, and I am currently facing issues that require a reset to resolve.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

i see in march there was an update? any important features changed?

That was a minor update to ensure compatiblity with last version of Perfex CRM.

Need an update ASAP. Does not work anymore due to STRIPE’s API changes.
