You made too much things wrong which i never suggest
1. Why you change my strings <string
<string name=”new_bottom_sheet_behavior”>com.behavior.model.YPYBottomSheetBehavior</string> to <string name=”new_bottom_sheet_behavior”>https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=xxxx</string>. Do you understand what is that? It is behavior name for the bottom player. You changed my package name com.behavior.model to com.radios.model . that is what i never recommend to change why you do that.
2. Now to fix error. You must to change again your string new_bottom_sheet_behavior to be com.behavior.model.YPYBottomSheetBehavior and change radios package name to behavior as my original template.
If you still have problem, let do it from beginning and never touch the package name com.behavior.model
Can the app be built withut the admin panel only using Android studio? How difficult is ti to disable ads. How hard is it to setup a single radio station?

We are using the basic EXO library version 2.19.1, it is no need to update to newest for now. Our app still streaming very well, why we have to run with update from Google. Sometime Google updated, it happen ton of bugs. Why we did not observe and then update it step by step

This is not problem for TestCase, this is problem for changing package name. Seem you are doing wrong

Well, I have tried it and it works, on the other hand, in this version I have realized two things.
1.) It is slower than the other version, including the video playback of the ads.
2.) radios when they fail do not show the error message
Radio did not play. You should check again your Radio link.
