Is there pixel setup option available?

You can setup that Pixel ID in Settings -> Ecommerce -> Tracking.

Before purchase it, I have some questions 1. Can I send push notification? 2. Can you add here delivery man section and purchase section for me? 3. can you give me an app with these facilities?

We don’t have a delivery man section.

We only have the web version, we don’t have mobile apps for this script.

Try to delete file storage/framework/license-reminder-latest-time.txt on your hosting if it is existing.

And try to go to Settings → General → deactivate your license and activate it again.

i have tried creating 3 different pages and use contact form in each with some custom fields in it. The issue is if we change custom fields for one form then it affects all of them including contac-us page form.

Even i tried ticking the specified fields but it didnt work.

2. It’s based on Laravel 10.

No, at the same time, it just can run 1 theme.

Yes, you can export products to CSV/Excel in Admin → Ecommerce → Products → Export button.

customer is not receiving mail when we change status of the order from admin panel to cancelled Not even for Ready to be Shipped Out (This is for Guest CheckOut) When the payment is done the user is not receiving the mail of successful order unless we do it manually (Confirm Order) from Admin

Hi dear team. I have posted once about the difference between Ninico and Sophy. As i said before, in the Sophy you have more themes which I like more as they are providing better UI and functionalities. This is how it goes, I have bought both of them, but the first one I have installed and configured was NINICO as I do not need an Multivendor ecommerce. Now, I need your help or detailed guidance how to add those themes from Sophy to NINICO. Since both systems are using Botble, I guess there are small differencies between Ninico and Sophy, so for you is less effort to explain or to guide me how to do that. To be honest, the themes you have added in Sophy are much better and it will be really helpfull to add those in Ninico. If not, please provide a guidance how to do this! I have payed for both just for that. Thanks!

Yes, you don’t. Just change current theme name in table settings and widgets then it will use the new theme.

Try to delete files: bootstrap/cache/services.php and bootstrap/cache/packages.php on your hosting and try again.
