We recently purchased and activated the Accounting & Bookkeeping plugin for RISE CRM. While testing, we noticed that invoices and payments are not automatically generating journal entries in the accounting module.
Here’s what we have done so far:
Chart of Accounts:
We created a Bank account (Laxmi Sunrise).
The other accounts (Sales Income, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Uncategorised Asset, Uncategorised Expense) were already present.
Item Mapping Setup:
Linked items (e.g., “Transfer”) with:
Inventory Asset = Uncategorised Asset
Income Account = Sales
Expense Account = Uncategorised Expense
Automatic Mapping Setup:
Invoice → Payment Account = Sales | Deposit to = Bank (Laxmi Sunrise)
Payment Sales → Payment Account = A/R | Deposit to = Bank
Expenses → Payment Account = Uncategorised Expense | Deposit to = Bank
Payment Mode Mapping:
Added Bank as a payment method.
Sales → A/R | Deposit to = Bank.
With this setup, invoices and payments record correctly inside Sales, but they do not generate journal entries automatically. We can create manual journals, and those reflect in Profit & Loss, but we expected invoices/payments to post automatically.
We need your guidance on:
Is there a way to enable auto-journal posting for invoices and payments in the current version?
How should mapping be configured to achieve:
Invoice → Credit Sales / Debit A/R
Payment → Debit Bank / Credit A/R
Since Plaid is not available in our region, how can we add bank accounts or channels manually (without Plaid) for reconciliation?

I have checked your Demo; the script is cool. I also compared it with the one you have for Perfex crm, I noticed that Bills and Checks is missing in this RISE CRM one. Also, there have not been any updates or improved version(s) since your first release, any updates coming soon to include the Bills and Checks feature.
I also noticed that the Plaid Environment is designed for some regions of the world, especially Europe and North America. Are you considering adding a now Bank Accounts connections similar to that of Plaid Environment for region like Asia, Middle-East, and Africa. This is very important for my region. Hope this can be added to your next version release.
Lastly, your payroll plugin, can it be used with this accounting plugin for payroll accounting purposes?
Hi. We will upgrade it in the near future. This plugin integrates with the Inventory Management, Purchase Management, HR Payroll, and Fixed Equipment plugins.
will you be updating to for the latest Rise CRM version to make sure no issues?
Hi. The plugin still works fine with the latest version of RISE. We are still supporting, updating, and upgrading it.
You need to update ALL your plugins. None since 2022!

Is this supported for large data like around
1. 40k invoices per year, with more than 1 items per invoices 2. 12k bills per year
Specially when generating and calculating profit & loss including the COGS
Do you have any theme or addon that supports the Finance business like Loan business. like a Finance agency. who work for various banks and provide their client loans from their associated bank. and manage all the loan application process + Employee management, lead management + loan application management?
We have one project related to the above and we urgently want to buy any similar theme urgently that can match with our requirement.
We can buy themes and also we can buy mobile apps as well.

i have tested this plugin for Codeignitor System, i had 1 licence, i deactivated and deleted it from tested System, now i wanna to use real System, and he says “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!”.

Can you rename the “Dashboard” menu item to something else. It seems to replace or interfere with the default project dashboard menu item.

renaming it in the Language file just renames it but it is still overwriting the original RISE Dashboard.

This is replacing every instance of dashboard. You need to change ‘dashboard throughout the plugin code to something else.

After setting the file to be translated into Ukrainian, a problem arose with Roles. There is no way to create new roles or configure an existing one.
