When installing error : Error 500 on system! There could be multiple reasons for this to happen. Misconfiguration, error in the code or some other server error. If you are the administrator, please follow the product documentation – FAQ section, to debug the problem. If you are not the administrator, sorry for experiencing this, we will work on resolving this issue.

Hi Daniel thanks for your reply. I think that will be some cache management that you need to look into it. You may get suggest from me , for example the cart in the cache should be expired at certain time . That might sound correctly. For example after 1 hour or a day. Because some customer will just check out, but with wrong vendor and wrong order too.
I am doing it on my handphone, the customer will be confused if they make the orders . Especially they are in the local town.
Hi Daniel, sorry to say that whenever customer go to the other vendor shop, all the carts from previous vendor should be empty, to prevent the wrong send of order to wrong vendor. Please help!

This error is due to the fact that system tries to send email notification, and we haven’t set SMTP in the demo system.

I’ve recently updated my app to version 4.0.3. Immediately afterward, I had to reinstall all of the apps. The SMTP test is functioning properly, but the test mail from the app isn’t responding. The settings were working perfectly before the update, so I’m not sure what happened.
Try password reset and check if you get an email. Check your spam folder also.

The SMTP test is functioning properly. my SMTP is corectly set, I can send and received mail without any issue. all other apps on my server are working properly. Before the update, it was working properly with the same credentials
