Hi, do you have a standalone version, so without the need to make it work on WP?

This is WP plugin, so you cant use it as standalone product

Hi, I’ve had a license for your plugin for a while now. I wrote to support several weeks ago and have not received any response. Can anyone answer me?

presale question Does this plugin work on a single product page in a woocommerce store? I need a custom button near the main product image that will display a different pop-up image for each product. Is it possible to activate this only in desktop view?

Hello, i wounder if you can have so when a page open it make auto popup? If so, i will buy this one… Thanks in advance, Icemanmx

Hello! Yes, sure. You can choose the type of appearance “On Load”, “On Scroll”, “On Click”, “On Page exit Intent”.

I sent in a support request several days and not received any reply.

Hi, just purchased your plugin, I added popups to elementor settings, I import one template and when I tried to edit via elementor I got this error: ” “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.” Please help to fix this issue!

Hi, we replied to you by email

Hey Guys, seems like that WPBakery doesnt work anymore. Any ideas?

you need to specify where the popup will be displayed. This setting is at the bottom of the page (Popup visibility settings). If you need the popup to appear after clicking on an element, then in the Appearance type field, select “On Click”, and in the Open by selector field, specify the class or ID of this element. Here is the plugin instruction https://wp-guruteam.com/ultimate-popup-builder/documentation/.

I mean, i can design the popup with wpbakery. Thats whats not working :).

This looks nicely not-overbuilt, however documentation is extremely basic (just a few screenshots and a non-functioning site navigation). So I have a question: can your plugin be set to display only once per user/browser?

Hello, yes, there is a setting in the popup “Do not show again after user closes popup”

When I set visibility to Include > Entire site, the popup does not show. If I set to Singular > Pages > All, the popup is displayed on every page. I see no way to have it displayed only once per visitor on the entire site. (Also, there really should be a way to exclude pages that is not manually selecting every single page – we have about 600 of them).

Hello, at the moment we do not have the exclude option. We plan to add it in the next updates. In the popup settings there is a setting “Do not show again after user closes popup”, if it is enabled, then the popup is not shown to the user if he closes it.

Question: do you work with the Fusion page builder?

Hello, yes, our plugin work with Fusion page builder

The on click method (href=”#id”) does not perform popup. I don’t understand why the basics don’t work.

Hello, please add an id to the element. Example: a href=”#” id=”id”

I know how to do it. However, WordPress uses a lot of other plug-ins, so it is often difficult to add an id to the element. So many pop-up systems support ‘href=’#id’.

Thanks for the feature proposal, we will add it in the next update
