the 403 error is a server error, not a plugin issue. More in specific, it seems your server is preventing the access to that script that is part of the plugin (and stored in the “tracker” folder inside the plugin folder).
Please ensure there isn’t any security setting preventing your server to serve that page.
I purchased two purchase codes for two different websites and in recent updates it is saying that the both purchase codes are invalid.

Without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause. It could be due the fact the shipping company is not providing any data or due to a 3rd party inteference from a plugin you are using in your site.

Yes, I’ll try! Unfortunately, I had some issues with the AfterShip tracker, so for now it only supports TrackingMore.

thanks buddy . worked perfectly this time. Additionally in future updates can you incorporate custom statuses it will be helpful because we have to install separate plugin for that functionality as well.

Hi, Since last update, when I click on the new license message, an error occur. erroe page (...wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcst-activator). I had deleted the pluging and reinstall the last version available. But still there is an issue.

Hi. I have two licencese of this plugin, for two different websites.
After last plugin update, the link in the wp-admin to open the order trackings is not longer working.
Before I got a tiny url shorctu, now is something like this https://domain.com/?wcst_shorturl=188979&cmp=1&code=826976
After both updates, appeared a request to revalidate license, and both are properly validated.
The issue is happening in both websites.

please try to perform a clean installation: delete the version you have installed, redownload from codecanyon, and install it. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any settings.
If you renew your support license, you can take advantage of the embedded updating system that allows you to update the plugin via the Plugins of your site (as it happens for the other WordPress plugins hosted in the WordPress repository). The license renewal keeps the plugin development alive supporting my job, I would really appreciate it.

I do it, and is the same version that was installed automatically from wordpress udpated, the v38.6.
Actually, the last bulk imported trackings, still showing the bad url’s instead the tiny urls.
Should work with next bulk update of trackings numbers?

I do it a clean installation removing the v38.6 and uploading again all the files from last codecanyon available version.
As I mentioned I have two websites, and I restored for one of them the v38.3 and the tiny url’s are working fine with last bulk tracking imports, but not with the clean installation in the other website with v38.6
In the last plugin update, after finish the update, for a moment, show me that I don’t have last version installed, that is available de v38.8, and request me to put the license. After put the license and validated, is not longer available to update to v38.8. But as I say, downloading from codecanyon, is the same version.
I am not sure if you fixed that issue with the last version, but I can’t install because is not uploaded in codecanyon yet.
I can renew the support, is not a problem, but don’t have sense to lost time sharing credentials and checking website if is an already fixed issue.

I have WP6.5.3, WooCommerce 8.8.3 and your version 38.8.
Conflicts found. Turn on your plugin causes WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin by WooCommerce creates double order (Admin receives two same order number, one is successful and the other Failed). Deactivate your plugin this double order problem no more happen.
It seems Your plugin also conflict with Login/Signup Popup by Xootix. Turn on your plugin ceases unable to login from that plugin. Deactivate your plugin that plugin back to work normally.

I’m sorry, the plugin hasn’t such feature. The tracking api doesn’t send any active notification for that, so the plugin in unaware about that status so cannot notify the user

Hello, I have the same problem with njai. I have WP6.5.3, WC8.83, php8.1. Your Plugin version 38.6. I still downloaded version 38.6 today. Why not version 38.7? And recently your module asked me to update the purchase code from the admin. After that, I found my site can’t login with Popup login plugin and it was worked for years in the past. Deactivate your module the login getting to work. It means your module conflicts with my other plugin (Popup login). It was worked before updating the purchase code. Conflict with other plugin named Pop up login for woocommerce developed by Xooti. Both were worked fine in the past. The conflict begun after updating my purchase code with your module. Activate your module causes unable to login with the Pop up login.
What do you mean that you “updated the purchase code”? Most likely the issue is caused by other factors.
I can eventually try to login into your system (if you share an wp-admin access and FTP access) to perform some further analysis. For that, however, you need to renew your support license.

It sounds strange that the issue comes and goes even if you do not alter anything. The same software, if the environment doesn’t change, cannot produce different outcomes.

Hi, to get automatic updates you just to renew your support license. You can do it via the plugin page.
Why do I see that future updates are included once you bought the Regular License? If the terms changed, why is not that in the product description?
First of all, updates are not included in the license. The license allows you to download the plugin for ever from codecanyon.
The automatic update is a new feature, that allows you to receive automatic updates directly from your dashboard. If you whish to use it, it require a working support license that you can renew for few dollars.
Other you can download the version currently available on codecanyon manually.

I narrowed down the problem to the use of tinyurl. The code uses api-create.php. When I disable tinyurl on my test site and create a new order with tracking, the problem doesn’t exist.
I enabled tinyurl on your test site and created a order with tracking an reproduced the problem. Please fix this ASAP.
thank you for reporting. It was due to the short URL function. You will shortly be able to download the new 38.7 version which will fix the issue. Once done, go to the order and just hit the “update” button. It will recreate the URL and fix the issue.

The problem with that is you can’t edit an order because of the bug. We had to remove the tracking url directly from the database to prevent the problem. And then we switched the tinyurl off and recreated the tracking url.
The new version prevent that issue, there is no need to delete the entry in the data base.

Hi, You mean you get an error when try accessing the plugin tracking page? (tracker.php)
Make sure you have not delete that file that you find inside the tracker folder inside the plugin folder. If present, it means your server is blocking the access (maybe due to security settings). Make sure you have not restricted the access by using security plugins.
