Coupons can be used during room booking / tour package booking only (https://prnt.sc/dP_ve--fv_it), not in Admin panel.

This is multivendor where vendors list their rooms > receive bookings for their rooms > Admin receive commission for each booking
And hotelia is single vendor where only Admin can add rooms

More bugs, when a client makes a withdrawal request, it minus their balance but the request isn’t made. So their balance keeps getting lower, but no request on their end and the admin end.

1) The custom field is functioning “Thanks”, but there’s a bug preventing balances from being increased up to 1 million. Some countries operate with high exchange rates, making this a critical issue. Additionally, the balance was deducted from the vendor, but the withdrawal was not sent for processing, indicating another bug. Furthermore, none of the plugins are working—attempting to activate them results in a 500 Server Error.
2) These are existing issues within the app, not requests for new features or enhancements.

2. i did not understand this one but i think its not available
3. there is no subscription package system, so vendor can post for free
unfortunately, admin approval sysyem is not available, i will note it
4. it can be done only if the payment is done via offline payment (like – bank transfer etc..)

on user dashboard there is no option to see the dates for hich he has reserved the room. And also if user checks his bookings in user dashboard there it says that booking status completed wheresa the booking dates are from 17 may to 20 may. there is no booking cancel option given to user why so?

1) issues in site if the room have only 3 guests allowed then while booking if user enter 5 guests then also booking is allowed. note it 2) if vendor request withdrawl the admin is not being notified through mail. similarly if the vendor has registered on site the admin is not notified about registration. Improvement-> add such mail thing 3) while booking the room if any user needs to apply copoun code how the user come to know that specific room has any coupon code
