Before purchasing this script, I carefully reviewed the comments to ensure that the front-end code was included. While the code is indeed provided, it’s only available in its built form, making it impossible to modify the front end as needed.

This is not what I expected, and it’s quite misleading. I need an explanation and, more importantly, a solution as soon as possible. If the raw front-end code isn’t available, I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain it or a refund if this issue cannot be resolved.
