The main script doesn’t have any payment gateway. Only offline payment is accepted. If you want to use payment gateway then you can purchase Ekattor 8 Finance Addon Bundle.

Hi, i’m planning to buy the saas version of the software, i have two questions please;
1- can i use one regular license with with multiple sub-domains installations ? each subdomain will be for a school ?
2- does the extended license unlock any extra feature/capability inside the software that regular license will miss in terms of charging the schools/per student — etc ?
3- is there a made ready translation for Arabic ?

Thanks for your interest in our application.
1. The saas version only supports single domain for multiple school. By default we allow one domain and a subdomain(for testing). If you want to use multiple domain for different school then you will need multiple license.
2. No there isn’t any. You will need an extended license if you want this as an agency or for your client.
3. No we don’t have this. You need to manually update the phrases from the language settings.

Nice system you have here. I’d like to purchase for a client but i observed in the demo link that to register a student, we have to go with the existing input fields. No way to add our own custom field?

For online class you need to purchase the Ekattor 8 Online School Addon Bundle. We have use zoom for the live class in here.
The certificate and messaging feature is not available right now. Customization is required for this functionality.

Hi there,
A strong admirer of this software here, and a prospective buyer (very interested in this), however, I’m curious about two questions I’d like to ask:
1. I’d like to inquire if it’d be possible to add a pricing plan/package based on the number of students rather than a generic plan. For instance, say, $1/student, so schools are charged by the number of students they have.
2. I’d like to know if it’d be possible to then charge by school/academic terms or semesters. For instance, the price should be $1/student/term (or semester). This way, schools aren’t charged on monthly or annual basis, but rather by academic terms and/or semesters. I hope this makes sense?
Let me know if the two options above are possible and how to achieve them.

thank you i manage to update… but tel me i notice this: i add a document the same a certificate but the name appear smaller we cant even see it properly and tel me also when i added a document to a specific student i added a certificate as an admin to a specific student but i login as that student and cant see that document. where can i find it
Please clear your browser cache to resolve the font issue. In the instruction file we already mention to clear the browser cache.
Only admin can upload and view the document files for any users. Other user or user himself will not be able to upload or view this files.

ok i ll try to clear cache… bit tel me what the point of adding document specifically to student and the student can’t see it… specially if u add a certificate its for the student to download it or see it right?
We got multiple request for this feature where school wants to store its user documents. Such as Birth certificate, NID, Transfer Certificate, Health related docs , Academic Certificates etc. This feature is not for you to generate certificate so that your user can download it. Its for schools record or you can say school storage for documentation.

tel me u said i can customise per my need right ? once i log as super admin on the dashboard settings – section about is it possible to hide it? or disable it?
Addons is not mandatory. But if you want the features from the addon then you can purchase which addons meets your needs.
Sorry feature hide or disable is not implemented. To hide or disable any section will required source code modification service.

2. As you mentioned that it was a SAAS application, would there be N number of schools that can create accounts in my application, or do we have a cap? Even if it is a SAAS, only these schools may be registered.
3. If a school is registered in the application, would the URL format be schoolname.myapplication.com or a subfolder like myapplication.com/schoolname?
4. What will the system architecture be if there are over 100 schools? Can I run this application on Kubernetes? Do you support that?
5. Do we have the possibility to set backups for school levels?
6. What will the security level be? Can it have any vulnerabilities? If we find any vulnerabilities, would you help to patch them?
7. If any customization is necessary, what will be the price and ETA?
8. I’ve been testing the UI because the API is taking a long time to fetch data. Is this due to your server configurations, or will it take time by default?
9. When I was working on the demo, I encountered the issue 419Page expired and it was working as having to relogin instead of page expired. Can we promote a page whose session has expired and try to login again?
10. Because you are supplying the mobile app, it will fetch the API from the website straight away, therefore no other application will be hosted or data duplicated.

3. The URL format for all schools will be the same, for example: https://demo.creativeitem.com/ekattor8/login4. The system architecture requirements include a minimum of 2GB RAM and Apache server. Additional considerations depend on the server load.

- As every school is register in the same portal and on of the school was to replace the back of one day back as they have deleted some file how can i do this? if this is comes under customization what will be the price ?

ok but respond to my questions please because in my country there is student for high school they called them (Elèves) and for university (Etudiant) but in english is student for high school or university so my question is who can use the student app? student for university only or student for high school too.. and what about their parent?

If you are enrolling him as a student in any class created by you. Then as his role defined him as a student then he can access the student app. Note he can only see the contend related to the class he/she enrolled. We have no mobile app for any other user add the moment.
