I have purchased the plugin and not able to install it, it keeps loading with installing it but never installed.

This is a very problematic plugin. I was never able to use this plugin since I bought it. I’ve installed several plugins for RiseCRM without incident, but not this one.
Please raise a support ticket within our portal. Plugin shall work just fine there, the same way it does for every other customer.

It has been a few days since I purchased this plugin, but I still haven’t been able to install it despite carefully following the instructions in the documentation from start to finish. The installation process seems to be stuck. Since Rise, I have opened a ticket, sent the logs, along with all the necessary screenshots, but to this day, I have not received any assistance to definitively resolve this issue.

Just purchased this plugin but getting an error :Something went wrong Upacked the zip , uploaded the upload.zip and entered the license .

it has changed now on the site You can also create IP/Range/User Blacklists thanks for your reply
