Your Paystack is supporting only one currency – which is NGN. Could you pls tell me how to select other currency on Paystack? For example,Paystack has NGN,Dollar, etc
Hello, I don’t know why you skipped all my comments. If they are not important to me I don’t think I will have the time to compose and send them to you here. Pls let me know if this requires a custom work or a better way to handle this because I have seen other Paystack Plugins that allows NGN and Dollar. Yours only allows us to select just NGN

Hellooo. I have a concern regarding Paystack. Why do I keep seeing only NGN on Payment Gateways -> Amount, under Advanced Form setting. My Paystack Account has USD and NGN. So why do I keep seeing only NGN as the only option on the dropdown list?

Sorry, I’ve never setup a newsletter before so it’s a bit confusing and very new to me; I am still at the stage where I am trying to understand the email interaction and settings between your plugins (forms and popups), and the client (MailerLite).
I wish you had an in depth FAQ or explanatory videos for the most common/basic scenarios; so I am struggling a bit.
Let me try to clarify the following again please:
At the moment, I have Double Opt-in enabled in both, your plugin, and in the client (MailerLite), and when I do a test, I receive email notifications (to confirm subscription) from both; your plugin and the client. That’s my issue.
So to clarify, if I only want visitors to receive email confirmations from MailerLite, I should disable Double Opt-in in your plugin?

As I remeber, Brevo is a Sendinblue. Use Sendinblue for that.
I noticed that this plugin can allow to send all datas in one pdf, but not seeing it in the plugin…
You can do it while viewing form record details (click PDF button).

I have got a big problem, the emails sent from the plugin end up being dumped as spam in the default mail address in cPanel, so it never sends the emails to the correct email address.
My host says the following: You need to authenticate the email account using SMTP hostname, ports and password from within your application.
Can you you please advise asap? I can’t move on with my project. Thank you

I saw that thank you, was hoping to NOT have to use an extra SMTP plugin, because my host don’t block any emails; they explained that Google has made some big changes lately so this has caused email delivery problems all over the internet. They suggested updating your script with SMTP, but I told them I am not a coder.
I have another question about ‘Email Validation Settings’, it’s not very clear in the doc what ‘Advanced’ do exactly and what are the pros and cons – can you please explain what is the downside if any? And do you need to enable something else if you pick ‘Advanced’? Thank you
WordPress works different way. All plugins use standard WP approach to send emails – using `wp_mail()` function. None of plugins work with mail sending directly. All of them delegate this functionality to WordPress core. If you want to adjust behavior of WordPress core, you can do it using SMTP-related plugins. Imagine that you have several plugins that send emails. Using standard WP approach allows to change behavior of mail sending for all plugins at the same time. I’m not going to change this. It’s against of WP best practice.

Hello, is there an estimated time to fix fonts that are loaded without being used?

It seems that you use some “optimization” plugin which decided to pre-load fonts. Find it and fix it.

I love your plugin sir, but its not wp rocket issue, i also made a test on a 0 optimized wordpress and still displaying the font issue. I know your demo doesnt show up this issue, but the fact is its showing on my end in every single web i disploy optimized or not, even with just green forms. I wish you can take a look on staging enviroment i have. Let me know im not the only one presenting this issue.

Probably optimization comes with your hosting provider. At least I see additional functioality in your WP dashboard that is not a part of standard WordPress. May be they do a kind of “optimization” for you. Once again, my plugin doesn’t preload any fonts. All fonts are included into CSS and are loaded by browserer on demand.
I understand that according to what you told me the problem is with the hosting, but I am surprised that I did the test on 3 different hostings like hostinguer, cloudways and rocketnet and I still get the warning. Aside from the 3 different hostings to test I used, I looked at 3-5 customer websites that commented here and also issued the warning.
I don’t want to be an annoying person asking for the same thing so much and I understand that there is nothing that can be done on your part, I will try to continue looking for a solution and I will let you know if I was able to correct it. so that others like me can solve it.
By the way, I sent you several emails with unoptimized staging so you can see if you could find what the error was and I never received a response (I’m still in the support period). I already feel like im one of those annoying customers and I understand that on your side there is nothing else to do, so i dont expect to recieve an email response, you can discard it, I’ll try to see if I can fix it.

The plugin is almost perfect, except for one major detail. One detail that makes it impossible for me to use the plugin: file attachments in e-mails. Indeed, when you include the possibility of attaching photos to your forms (same problem with all file types), the files are uploaded to the server, then a link is added to the e-mail. Several problems arise: 1 – e-mail recipients can’t see the attachments because, apart from me, they’re not wordpress administrators. Except that in our case, this form is there so that people can report cases of mistreatment of animals, and they send us the photos, but my mistreatment investigators can’t see these photos, which considerably slows down our investigations. 2 – The files are never deleted. 3 – an ill-intentioned person can have fun saturating my site by sending a 5MB photo thousands of times via the form.

1) Which one do you recommend for contact form and subscription out of the two, because I noted that Green popup has a lot more templates to play with.

How can I download demo forms from the Popups Library if I am testing locally; if I enter my license what will happen once I want to use the live site? Also I will most likely need to go back and forth between the local install and the live site. Please advise, thank you.
Two options.
1. All license owners have access to online Popups Library directly from admin dashboard (menu “Green Popups >> Popups Library”). They can import any popup into Popups list and use it. To have access to Popups Library you need set Item Purchase Code into relevant field on General Settings page (at the bottom).
2. Downalod popup download from https://greenpopups.com/library/ and import it into your installation (click Import Popup button on Popups page in your dashboard).

I would like to buy this plugin for the following scenario : Form is displayed for some microjob services.. Example youtube Video Views: 1000 nos: Then a price is given, and paid for with mycred points. This job is displayed in another page.. where workers do the job. Each time it is done , the worker clicks a confirm button, and the job numbers is reduced by 1. hence 999 views left. This particular job is however not displayed to the person who gave the work. Is this possible?

I love your plugins i use both green forms and green popups.I have bee using green popups long time ago and nothing showed up in my console but now after using green forms its showing a console warning:
www.example.com/:1 The resource https://www.example.com/wp-content/plugins/halfdata-green-forms/fonts/leform-fa.woff2 was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally.
How can I fix this, I don’t want to load unused or unnecessary fonts that might increase the loads time of my website Any idea how can solve this? By the way I contacted by support email but haven’t received a response yet.

Is it possible to make a user with a collaborator role download files uploaded from a form? I note that currently only users with an administrator role can do this.
Unfortunately, there is no such feature.
Can this plugin allow files to be attached when submitting the form? I’m talking about attaching them, not uploading them to the server and then clicking a download link (I already see that you do this).
If it only allows the upload of files… is it possible to delete these from time to time? (For example… you can host these files for a maximum of 10 days)
