While activating I get an error: ‘Your key has already been activated by another account’. Please help ASAP

With all due respect, I sent a support email on April 11, 2024, but as of today, April 22, 2024, I still can’t activate the key. It shows the error ‘Your key has already been activated by another account’

I just bought this. Seems good but I will suggest you give room for logos on each landing page. No landing page goes without logo. Even on Elementor Canvas template. So adding logo should be considers. Meanwhile, How do you recommend I go about it. My pages need Logo…

If you’re using landing pages as stand alone pages then let us know website link. So, we can suggest you best location to add logo with the landing page.
Generally, users are using landing page with existing website header & footer. So, if you’re not doing it then still available to guide you over call.

Though license was activated, templates were not installed, only shows ‘Your key is not Registered’ message. I’ve sent support email. I didn’t get any answer.

Hi Team I have few questions, I already have installed free version of Elementor. Will your plugin add all the mentioned featured to existing free version plugin? What does it mean by one page website, so will I not be able to create another page, I am creating a tour website and when user will click on the tour on home page, will it not open the other page that have tour details. I am not offering online booking, just want to provide all the details, if they like they can contact me via contact form. Will I be able to create header with footer? Please advise Thanks

Our free version has 30+ landing page layouts (yes, it has no header & footer). And premium version has 5+ elementor pro landing page layouts.
Yes, it’s one page. If you’re thinking to create dynamic website then you need to use direct links for that travel/package detail page. OR find relevant design elementor widget from other third-party addons.
Also, you can hire us to create custom widgets for you.

Please email us on “support@giraphixcreative.com” and I will email you non-Envato license key as temporary license key.
