How well will this work with the Phox theme?
WHMCS Sync is fully compatible with the Hostiko theme. While we haven’t specifically tested it with the Phox theme, it should work as long as the theme follows standard WHMCS integration practices.

Thank you for showing interest in WHMCS Sync.
WordPress users must also have an account on the WHMCS side. If a user exists in WHMCS but is not found in WordPress, the SSO feature will automatically log them in when they visit the WHMCS-Sync page.

Our plugin includes a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, but it functions in a specific way. If a WHMCS user is logged in to WHMCS and then visits the Sync page on the WordPress side, they will appear as logged in to WHMCS, the user don’t have to login again to place the order for WHMCS on WordPress side. However, if that user attempts to log in to WordPress using their WHMCS login credentials, it will not work.

Can this be used to sync woocommerce orders with whmcs ?
I take order via woocommerce and those orders are placed on whmcs automatically.

Our plugin will work with any theme. The only difference is that Hostiko provides styling options, whereas for other themes, you will need to style it yourself or with the help of a front-end developer.

I am using hostiko with WHMCS bridge. But many times when users are looking for domain names the system tells like: “thisisnotregistereddomainatall.com is unavailable”. Some days it is working, and some days it is just ”...is unavailable”, thia without changing any settings in WP or WHMCS. Will your plugin have better domain name lookup ?
Have you tried to check same time on your whmcs ? seems like it whmcs issue not plugin
Hi. I set up a new WordPress install with a new Divi install and the WHMcs Sync page won’t load. It just spins and spins. When I set it back to Twenty Twenty Four it loads. I don’t think it works with Divi.

Yes, WHMCS Sync right now only supports WHMCS default templates, order forms, and Hostiko Templates.
I see you have updated SSO. How does the workflow work? Are you using WHMCS Single Sign On method as deascribed here: https://docs.whmcs.com/WHMCS_Single_Sign-On
es, you are right. We are using the same method. If you log in to WordPress, it will check the same email user in WHMCS and trigger SSO.

The SSO will only work if the user with the same email ID registers on WordPress and WHMCS. Only then will SSO function properly (normally, people want to use it for the admin of WordPress and WHMCS).
