Hi, when I log in as user in your demo, it’s not possible to see event details, the app crashes with HTTP 500 Error

The live preview from your `User App` ends with HTTP 403error.

Currently, we are working on the updates. New APKs will be available soon.

Nice Software, however I believe it is missing Social Login as in today’s reality people don’t have time setting up new passwords for a new platform, any plans for the future to integrate Social Login including login by Phone.

Can this be used for a single venue like a community hall? So the venue runs the app and events can be across multiple days/weeks without the need for daily time control?

You can add as many event as you need, Multiple Tickets types can be created as well. One day ticket or all day ticket, one time check-in or X times check-in. Purchased Ticket can be valid for a time range specified while making the purchase.

Hello, I have a question before buying the solution. Can we redesign the application and the website as we like?

If we only buy the Website & Web Panels, can we develop our own scan application and mobile application? Or do we have to buy all 3?

You are free to modify after purchase. You can create & connect your own scanner app & other apps by studying the backend code.

I have two feature requests to consider in future updates :

-Add private events that are only accessible via a private link, not public search. -Allow organizers to customize fonts for their event pages and promotions.

Also, please consider adding a blog tool so organizers can easily promote events and share news. Thank you.

There is something that you are not taking into account when there is a music event or a concert, normally the stage must be created so that the client can select it. It can be circular with a platform and thus decide if I want VIP or box or standard.

We havent built it only for music event.

you can hire us or other developers to customize it according to your need.

Q2. On Scanner APP when tyring to scan any new ticket purchased by demo user your Scanner APP gives Error Invalid QR Code on the Scanning APP’s screen… Why ?

Q3. A lot of features are turned off on DEMO, any reasons ? It would have bene nice to see the working in its full glory before deciding full $250ish investment.

I thought you’d reply to support tickets with the same Speed and Exuberance displayed here. The purchase decision is in libo courtsey the lingering query. Also how about being more receptive to queries and not so assertive to ask your customers to post here or there or when and when not to.

Don’t purchase solely based on response rate. our team will need 24 to 48 hours to respond. We expect our customers to understand that creating new queries doesn’t speed up response time. customers are buying a product that costs $200 or less and service they expect is of a million $ product.

We are committed to do everything we can for our customers but if needed we prefer to say it bluntly also. its fine to have less sales but having good customers is our priority.

We don’t ask our customers to comment here. script / product contains 2-3 technology and we can not give access to our envato accounts to everyone in team

So after you respond to any query/question you are free to follow-up on same ticket but each time pasting ticket URL here changes nothing. it might increase response time.

Now pricing what your product deserves is totally your call, why complain ? We are ok to buy be it $200 or $2000 provided it serves our needs well and we are ok with its pricing. Again servicing your product is your call too in sync with product prices. Don’t feel bad its how economics of sale and services will work- always !

Q4. Will my NGINX Server be ok or I essentially need an Apache server ? I am comfortable with NGINX as have many websites hosted on it so it’s preferable for me.

We are selling the Source code if some one who wants to get this source code without the purpose of making it payable saas then they can take regular license. This is Envato’s Policy. You can contact Envato Support for more info about the licensing.

In regular license you can not operate it as SaaS

Does your system offer a way to split commission.

1.Either a service fee charged for ticket debited from the customer while a separate fee charge from vendor for ticket sold.

or

2. Each ticket sold by organizer the organizer get the full money and then automatically their account is debited for the commission. In both case I am not looking to hold payment. It would go straight to the organizer, it how the commission is paid out.

I am confused by this as I am not looking for the organizer to buy the account validty, I am interested in knowing if your system has the above methods for commissions or service fees. I open a ticket on your site to make it easier.

1. Are notifications sent by email?

2. Do you use Stripe Connect to send payment to organizer and admin?

3. Where do we get the files to add a language?

4. I noticed the web version is lacking, not very mobile friendly, text not centered, buttons overlaps etc. Do you plan to get this fixed?

5. Where does the user see the QR code because it’s not in the ticket details

6. If it’s an online event, will the customer see the link and info in the ticket after payment or is it sent by email?

7. What happens when you heart an event? There is no favorite section

1 – smtp & onesignal both used for different notification purpose. 2 – stripe is used for sending payment to organizer & admin 3 – in the admin panel > languages page you can download the base file to fill in translation data. 4 – we keep improving issues with updates 5 – QR can be seen in paid or cash ticket details 6 – in ticket receipt 7 – We already have this section in user app, and soon will be available for web as well.
