I have a problem when I try to upload a new product. After filling in all the needed information and files, the app gets stuck in a long loading cycle saying “Please wait,” and after 5 minutes, it gives an error.
It may issued from your server side. Please check your server end all file permission setup.

I discovered the following on the seller app which is not normal:
1) You can only upload an image at a time. Meaning if your products have 10 images you need to upload them ten times which is too stressful. Meaning everything works normal on the web
2) Offline payment doesn’t work when you try to upgrade seller package via the app but when you try same via the web it works normal.
3) My suggestion on the POS is to enable seller either print or generate invoice as PDF.
Lastly, you are doing a great job and I know it’s not easy but all of these suggestions must come from end users in other to make your work perfect

The seller app does not allow you to update product listings once submitted. For example the price of a product is 5000 and I mistakenly typed 500 after submitting I now realize the mistake and try to correct it. Please check and fix in the next update.
