1. App Branding / Generic Usage

Although the product name includes “Perfex” for marketplace identification and discoverability, the app itself is fully brandable and not restricted to Perfex branding.

Buyers can easily customize: • App name • App logo / splash screen • Package name / bundle ID • Colors and branding assets • Backend URL / CRM instance connection

This allows businesses to publish the app under their own company branding without displaying “Perfex” to their end users. The marketplace title is only for product identification purposes. Documentation includes every required thing.

2. SaaS Module / Multi-Tenant Compatibility

The app works with SaaS-based Perfex CRM environments as long as each tenant has their own CRM URL/domain or dedicated API endpoint. In the login screen, Along with email & password you will see one more form element which is CRM URL. So whatever your URL is, just enter it click on save. And starting using multi tenants.

Since authentication and data are handled through the tenant’s own Perfex instance, users only access their respective tenant’s data and accounts. In a multi-tenant setup, each tenant can connect the app to their own environment and users authenticate normally using their tenant credentials.

We are also continuously improving compatibility and documentation around SaaS-based workflows.

Thanks for the info and it’s great to hear on the app branding controls. I understand the discoverability aspects for the marketplace but it’s just that the trade off is that an end user will need to search for the app on the marketplace to download and install first and thus that branding on marketplace while it makes sense can deter adopting since the end user can see it’s “Perfex..” Not certain if there’s some version that could be on the marketplace that’s generic in a sense but still maintains visibility for your marketplace.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback — that’s actually a very valid point and I completely understand the concern from an adoption perspective.

The current marketplace title includes “Perfex” primarily to make it immediately discoverable for existing Perfex CRM users searching for a mobile solution, but I do understand how some businesses may prefer a more neutral/generic presentation for end-user perception.

That said, once installed, the app is fully white-label friendly and customers can completely brand it under their own company identity (app name, logo, colors, package name, etc.), so the end-user experience itself remains fully business-branded.

You also raised a fair point regarding marketplace visibility vs neutrality. I’m actively considering ways to make the positioning more generic while still keeping discoverability for the Perfex audience — potentially through branding adjustments and presentation improvements in future updates.

My goal is to keep it flexible for agencies, SaaS owners, and businesses who want to present it as their own branded CRM experience.

Thank you for the detailed follow-up! You make a very compelling case for the SaaS use-case.

Regarding a generic build on the public marketplace: Because the primary model here is providing source code for buyers to compile and publish under their own developer accounts (giving them 100% control over their branding and app store presence), maintaining a separate, generic “out-of-the-box” app on the store isn’t currently on the immediate roadmap. However, I completely understand the friction it solves for SaaS providers, and I will keep it under serious consideration as a potential future strategy.

Regarding the module configurations: This is a brilliant suggestion. Adding dynamic UI toggles or configurations to enable/disable certain Perfex modules within the app interface is highly practical and would indeed be a game changer. I have added this to my feature roadmap and will start exploring the best way to implement it in upcoming updates to make the app more versatile.

Another thought for the generic version is that you have two apps, one which you have now branded for say direct owners and a second that’s white labeled which you can think of as an add on version. That may be a good way to execute a generic version seamlessly and possibly support an expedited delivery for the generic version (i.e. clone the current version but with an alternate generic branding). Sell the two versions independently and packaged discounted if purchased together.

I purchased thinking this will be easy add module to your perfex crm and add app to phone but you have to manually update phone app with your credentials for it to work. I emailed you twice now and waiting for your help with updated apk that i can download on phone to install that will work with my perfex site. Please send via email.

follow document directions and got apk on phone and installed. when going to install getting An error occured. getting fustrated and no reply from email sent to you

App main is the app files, not the module files, please check documentation, if u still get any problems we ll surely help u
