I am seeing a weird problem. The REST API plugin stops working every 5-10 days. It says API has been deactivated. We have to delete the API, reinstall and reconfigure all the APIs. It has happened 3-4 times till now.

I purchased and tested the plugin. I created a new Client when a new wordpress user is added. After doing that I noticed that the new client in rise has no way to login. “Create new contact” endpoint for the same newly created client is missing from the API.

I noticed on the comments that several other people requested this feature. Do you plan adding this endpoint anytime soon or should I give up and request a refund?

This is an endpoint that is not currently added at our backlog, with no ETA of implementation – however, this might change soon, upon the volume of requests.

Id like to connect things like XERO, Mailchimp etc to RISE – confused which of your plugins is the correct one to do that. do any work with Pabbly? Or https://boost.space – Ideally if I can connect this to Jetpack wordpress CRM so that the data flows both ways?

Our module works with every third party app – you just have to call the correct endpoint along with the parameters of it, as per its documentation.

We want to create a workflow

User buys and subscribe to a package on our website, they enter various info on the sign up page

Eg

Name Website URL

We want to then

1. Auto create a project on rise CRM with their name and URL

2. Auto add them as a client to the project

3. Auto add a team to the member section

This will then allow users to create tasks for the team members

They’re essentially subscribing to access

If and when they stop paying, the project is archived until they subscribe again

Can this be done via your rest API?

The API call: “LEADS Search Leads Information” is: /api/projects/search/:keysearch

And the API: “PROJECTS Search Project information” is also: /api/projects/search/:keysearch

I want to perform Search for Leads.

Please how can I perform the search, what is the syntax specified for (Search for Leads). Without wanting to get too technical, you must have created some syntax to distinguish one thing from another!

Hi. We updated to the latest version, but when we requesting data, we get this message: {status number of segments”}. Maybe in new version we need to change somewhere index.php/ in endpoints? In old version everything works fine.

Pre-Sell question, is there a way to populate a “Select” Field? For example, I want to be able to Select a service from a custom field when a new lead is created. Same with selecting a lead source or a CRM Label? Thanks!

Thats not something offered in the factory state of our plugin, however, it can be custom developed according to your own, custom requirements.

Yes, thats the purpose of REST API – however, if you are not sure how to do that and not familiar with coding, you will need to hire a developer in order to have this connection done. He’ll use our item and create a custom script, according to your own needs.

Question: I would like to know, why creating Contact is not available? Isn’t it necessary beside Clients commands? I can see that many people requested this.

Or What is the procedure to add/create Contacts? Do I have to purchase anything else to achieve this? Needed this Contacts feature ASAP.

Contacts are not currently implemented – you can create Customers instead. In case of a high volume of identical requests for the same need, our team will most likely implement this feature.

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by Customers? You mean Leads? But wont be able to login, right? And, around 8 months ago someone asked for this feature and you replied the same. Anyways, when are you able to implement the contact feature? Any approximate time?

Customers are supposed to be “Clients” Controller.

We evaluate requests and potentially include them in the upcoming versions – we receive many requests and not all requests are receiving a great volume, in order to be added to our to-do’s list.
