I really struggle to install the update and the support team assistance is terrible. The “how to update” instruction is also confusing….where do I upload the files? In the “update” section of the admin portal or in cPanel? I need assistance from Envato support team, to make sure that it is done correctly as my business success depends on the software that I bought from you guys. I use a lot of 3rd party software and NONE of them requires this kind of technical issues.

I will be creating a website for a charity that supports poverty, education & human rights globally. They have totally no budget for the website so I told them I’ll cover the cost of everything.
