Really need’s email and sms template features. Really slows you down having to write same emails or sms responses. This is a major drawback. Having Kaban view and trigger or autoresponder would be great but templates is a must.
I actually ment scheduler vs autoresponder.

Hello, Pre buying question, If I have many numbers on Twilio can I set which out-bound number the module will use to make out-going calls?
if you have multiple number then assign them to your staffs and this will make capability to each staff to call by its own numbers
OK I did so. Another question.
Now I have 1 number for SMS and 1 number for calls.
But when I try to send SMS it uses the calls numbers which doesn’t support SMS’s and then it does not work.
How to fix it?
Only one number is allowed under the lead manager which is supported call/SMS
