I tried to request the above via your ticketing system, but it refuses to allow new tickets because it insists that support has expired for products that I have never even purchased
you are admin now, and sorry for delay team was on business trip, also we cant add forex accounts due to the fact there are thousends of demo accounts and we stopped adding accounts but the trading page u get with the account is 100% like metatrading page

I have read that information previously, but I still cannot understand how someone trades Forex in Bicrypto… or do they have to trade using the broker’s platform?
u have to use a broker, any thirdparty will do, adding accounts on forex accounts page in admin side will make it assignable for users when they visit forex page so they can deposit and trade using that account in mt4-5 directly in the web page
ah – I understand what’s happening now, but I was hoping that the user would be trading FX using Bicrypto charts (as they do for crypto), not relying on an MT4/MT5 broker’s web trader module 
As I only purchased the Forex module, is it possible to get a refund?

we dont give full access to prevent spam and bad usage, as u can see in the comments there are hundreds of spams daily

I have been interested in purchasing this item for a year ^. My question is, is the business similar to that of a broker, where when people deposit and lose money, where will this money go? Will you go to me or to the broker on your list that I will cooperate with? Or will it go proportionally between the two parties? ^
using broker means the trading will occur on the broker side so u not losing anything in either ways, u always earning from fees,
So you mean i earn like IB in that broker
yes, u earn from deposits and withdraws, not by fees of transactions thou, we working on native forex trading that will allow that
