Do they support voice translation?

The application is not fully working, it has a lot of bugs. The developer is also not willing to support with this issues. He ignores messages. I suggest anyone to buy other translators with Good rating.
to which language does it translate to ? do you change the language in the code or in the application ?
i mean can we change the default language ? or even possible to remove the converstion and only support one translation?
