I have checked many php script for Taxi/fleet management All of them are missing 1 major feature (This feature is for driver fatigue management, driver work over hour because of that many accident happens)
Many country require taxi/fleet company to restrict/ fixed driver working hour.
in that case the driver login app or portal needs the followings:
auto clock in when driver login and auto clock out when they log out to the app/portal (driver app) for receiving booking jobs, so that fleet manager knows how many hours driver worked, how long they took break etc.
Also feet admin must have the function that they can restrict working hour for driver from admin panel (for example once driver login they can work up to 14 hour after that driver cant login anymore in same day or after 14 hour of work, driver needs to wait at list 6-7 hour before they can login again.
Please see the key point in detail :
1. Automatic Clock-in/Clock-out: – Upon logging into the driver app, the system should automatically clock in the driver. – Similarly, when the driver logs out of the app, the system should automatically clock them out. – This ensures accurate tracking of driver working hours and breaks.
2. Real-time Monitoring: – Fleet managers should have access to a dashboard displaying real-time information on each driver’s status, including their current working hours and break duration. – Alerts should be generated for any violations, such as exceeding maximum working hours without taking required breaks.
3. Driver Hour Restrictions: – The admin panel should allow fleet managers to set maximum allowable working hours for drivers within a specified timeframe (e.g., daily, weekly). – Once a driver reaches the maximum allowed working hours, the system should prevent them from logging in until they have had sufficient rest. – Fleet managers should be able to customise these restrictions based on regulatory requirements or company policies.
4. Break Management: – The system should track and record break durations for each driver to ensure compliance with mandatory rest periods. – Alerts should be issued if a driver attempts to work without taking required breaks or exceeds the maximum continuous work duration.
5. Compliance Reporting: – Generate comprehensive reports detailing each driver’s working hours, breaks taken, and any instances of non-compliance with fatigue management regulations. – These reports should be easily accessible for auditing purposes and regulatory compliance.
6. User-Friendly Interface: – Both the driver app and admin panel should have intuitive interfaces for seamless navigation and efficient management of working hours and breaks. – Notifications and reminders should be incorporated to alert drivers and fleet managers of upcoming breaks or exceeded working hours.
7. Customisable Settings: – Provide options for customisation based on specific regulatory requirements or company policies in different regions. – Allow fleet managers to adjust settings such as maximum working hours, break durations, and rest period requirements as needed.
By incorporating these features into the taxi/fleet management system, you can effectively address driver fatigue management concerns and enhance overall safety within the transportation industry.

After thoroughly evaluating the Mighty Taxi app, I regret to inform you that I cannot recommend it to anyone until it has been fixed and proven to work properly. In fact, it seems like a scam and I would advise others to stay away from it altogether.
The first issue is adding MQTT to the app, the instructions for doing so are not clear. This can make it challenging for users to understand how the app works and what it can do.
The second issue is that the proper package name has not been changed, which can cause confusion for users who are trying to access the app.
Additionally, the feature that was supposed to allow for single signup through any email or phone number is not working as intended. This was purchased as a fixed and tested feature, so it is unacceptable that it is not working properly.
The biggest issue with the app is that even after MQTT and notifications are enabled, users are not receiving notifications in a timely manner. It can take up to one minute for users to receive ride requests, and drivers have to close and reopen the app to receive them. The registration and login processes are also buggy at best.
All of these issues are on top of the errors that were previously listed. This is a pre-built script, so all of these things were supposed to be working properly. It has been two business weeks and there has been no progress made on fixing the app. In fact, it has cost more time and money than it is worth.
I requested a refund after two weeks of struggling with this app, but I was denied. Despite being in the Egypt, I had to work with them for two weeks straight, which caused me to lose sleep and added stress to my life. In conclusion, I highly recommend avoiding the Mighty Taxi app until it has been fixed and proven to work properly.
