I asked helped from my hosting provider, they checked and said same thing contact the author about exact path of the php files, beacuse whenever using a tool the script is unable to find that php file at the given location.

I found something missing in this tool script, it would be very useful if they were added in the new update. Owner and editor options must be added to the user’s option in the admin dashboard. Like other websites, there is an option of an owner editor etc. And normal users and owners should be put in a separate section. So that we know the new users easily.
