You are trying to install the script in the subfolder, not in the subdomain.
As we mentioned to you 3 years ago, nothing will need to change in the”.httaccess” file to install in the subdomain or subfolder.
In your case, I think your root WordPress ”.httaccess” file may be creating issues. please check with your development team

We’re using Laravel mix to compile the assets. You need to be familiar with Laravel Mix to compile the Sass and js files.
N.B: Make sure you have NPM installed in your system and you’ve ran “npm install” to install the dependencies.

Can you just give me the file location that I need to change ? Just file names
There are two ways.
1) preferable way to change the CSS & JS files. You can find it from the path “Themes/Cynoebook/resources/assets/public/sass/”.
You must compile the assets after making changes. Run the following commands to install the dependencies on theme & Modules and compile the assets.
npm install
// Run all Mix tasks…
npm run dev
OR
// Run all Mix tasks and minify output…
npm run production
2) Directly change the generated files to the public folder Goto to the path – public\themes\cynoebook\public\ In this path, you can find the generated files(CSS & JS) from the Laravel Mix. you can change the code here.
NOTE: To change here is challenging because it’s minified code. Also when you run the Laravel Mix command it regenerates and overwrites the files, so you may lost your changes

2 – When we upload a ebook from backend – go to the tab book cover and image tab- the File Type * is required. I want this to optional.

Please try to access your URL with ”public” after the URL. When you install the script in the subfolder or local then you need to add ”public” to the URL, For example – http://localhost/{your folder name}/public

When the PDF is uploaded to the eBook, a temporary file is created in the cPanel file manager (location: .cagefs—>temp). Due to which my website is facing problem of consuming too much RAM and storage.
I know that in Laravel website, first the file is uploaded to the temp folder and after getting verified, it goes to its original location and the temp file gets deleted, but this is not happening in our ebook script.
Please do something so that after PDF is uploaded the temporary file from .cagefs—>temp is automatically deleted.

Since I raised this issue 1 year ago, you have given the same answer today and I agreed with you and I thought you were right. but today, after changing 3 servers and using 16 RAM. I am facing the same problem. From which I came to know that this is a script issue.
If you don’t trust me then let me upload the ebook on your demo website and you will find out for yourself how much temporary file is being generated and how much is being deleted.
Your demo website may crash within a few hours after enabling eBook uploading due to RAM limit exceeded due to temporary files.
If you don’t have any answer, you can provide an code for automatic delete temp file.

Yes, you commented on this issue 7 months ago, at that time we reviewed all these things and found that this is not a script issue.
Also, many users(278 Purchases in codecanyon) used our script but none of them complained about this type of issue except you. even also we did not face this.
On our demo server has only 8 GB RAM and We run many Laravel setups, more than 10 Magento 2 setups, and many more of other technology product setups but we never face these issues. our development setup is also on the same server, where the dev team works every day on many things
