Sorry, we don’t have this option from the admin panel for now. You need to customize our code in platform/themes/ninico/views/ecommerce/product.blade.php to add more tabs.

I agree with your customer regarding Shofy, it’s not so easy for us to transition there. Nor should this be a scheme to make us switch from one of your platforms to another. For instance, I attempted to customize the homepage ‘cosmetics’ to jewerly homepage for sell my jewerly. I see the platform staying at the same price while you say it will go up to $79 which never happened. Instead, instead of raising costs and giving your customers more options, you put us through a process of moving to another platform that you sell at $29.

Does this mean that in order to get new features I will have to port to your new platform every little while?

I am very unhappy with all of this.

We don’t force our customers to change to another theme.

You still can use Ninico as you wish. All of our scripts are using the same core, so Ninico and Shofy are still the same. Ninico still get updates every month.

We just add more themes to give customer has more choice.

Each theme on our account will just have 1 theme, we don’t add more themes into existing script.

It will be nice if you can add more features into the current theme, for example the product card to contain the reviews as well and to make it look nicer like you have it on the Shopy. 2. Since you are using the same backend for most of your ecommerce products, why you do nom make the other themes available on the Ninico?

I bought this product as I saw it first in the list but now, whne exploring I see that in the Shopy you have a more nice look & feel on the front-end. It doesn’t make sense for me to buy other products and transfer the theme I like into Ninico.

2. Sorry, Ninico design just have 4 homepages. And we have implemented all of them. No more homepages will be added into this script.

3. We add more script to let our customers have more choices. If you like Shofy, you can buy it and transfer your data to Shofy.

Great script, It would be great if you can add a Inventory part into the system, Without inventory its really difficulty to manage the the stock properly. Also, Reporting need some advance reporting.

I really loving your script. The performance of your script is really good but I am stuck because of two things.

1. Google Analytic that track ecommerce. for example it should track purchase, add to card, product view, checkout initiated etc.

2. Product Export that includes product url and images urls .

Since I am a new because so I do not have any customer base so for that I will advertise the product on google so I will be exporting the product to add it to google merchant center manually and once advertisement is started google will use google analytic to track ad performance to serve ads for my business.

If you add these feature then it would be big help. While I understand product export feature may take more time and I am ok with that but if possible please integrate google analytic that track ecommerce behavior. it would be really helpful.

I tested it and found that import products design is still old like previous export design and because of design mismatch it is failing.

The import product feature still expect slug for product and image and the export data we have is passing product url and image url instead of slug. so same design need to implemented for import too that we have for export.

also, I found product id column is missing from the export and import which may not allow to update existing product if we export product in excel and make bulk changes and import it back.

also missing of product id from exported file will create issue for google merchant center also because google takes Product id to match product data with the data we have on website. if it does not have product id or if we manually add any random product id then that will be considered as misrepresentation which will get merchant account suspended.

Hello My ticket is open on your help system, but it isn’t being handled properly. After acquiring your code we have made some customizations, the Wishlist is not functioning properly when we verify it. The first problem is that the wishlist’s color changes back if we wishlist an item and then refresh the website. The identical problem is also visible on the demo site. Second, even though the item is displayed on the wishlist page, the count seems to be zero when we visit it. The support team advised us to upgrade as it appears that the second issue has been resolved on the demo site. Our problem lies in the fact that we have customized some things, therefore when we upgrade, all of our hard work will be lost. Would you kindly provide a workaround for the bug that doesn’t interfere with our customizations?

4. Two main things missing as per our first review: 4a. As all pin code is not serviceable in a country, Pin code based shipping is necessary. 4b. CCAvenue payment gateway is also popular like Razorpay, please add that.

what is difference between Attribute and Product Option?

because both are giving choice for user to purchase. one as option and one as variation.

However, Attributes are used to provide information for example, You want to inform user that mobile is coming with 16 gb ram and for that you need to create an attribute that will take string input where seller will mention 16GB

Product attributes are mandatory attributes and more powerful than product options, with product attributes, you can create your product variants with different price, images, quantity…

Got the point. Just one suggestion in it. Can you make the little change that the attribute can be used just to provide information that can be filtered.

For example you are selling Phone that have ram, storage, 4k display, 100 watt charger, color, water proof, 2 speaker etc.

while Ram, storage, color can be part of variation other side Water Proof, 2 speaker, 4k display is just an information. so we can create attribute for these and seller we enter the detail in these attribute which will be used to provide more information to customer on product page and same can be used to filter and compare too.

the only thing it will not do is that it will not create variation for these attribute.

I have imported countries, states and their respective cities. Also i have added some shipping rules for them Example – For India (100gm -1000gm shippiong fee = ₹100). Now In Settting->Ecommerce->Checkout their is an option saying Load countries, states, cities from plugin location if we Enable it then i am not able to see my shipping fees on checkout page in frontend. How to load them?

If you enable this option, you need to use countries data from Admin → Locations → Countries. You need to configure shipping again after enabling this option.

All features still work on localhost, except System updater, we need to verify that is a valid site (with a license code) before downloading updated files.

If you don’t activate license, we don’t know that you are using a nulled script or a licensed script.

In the case you can’t update your site on localhost, please upgrade it on the live site then download all files to your localhost.
