Hi, is this can I use the email template for existing quotation, invoices, emails sent out by perfex? I can’t find any setting & screenshot that shows the template can be used with invoices/quote/etc. Please share demo or screenshot if this is possible.

Ok nice. If i understand it correctly, if so, when new invoice/quote created, it will use default perfex template, correct? And for other invoices statuses, I can disable the default template, and use the trigger function to send using my custom template, correct? Will this plugin support custom fields too?
Yes you can use it this way.
Custom fields do not appear in the merge field list, but if you add the template {custom_field_slug} value, it will be accepted.
I created a special field for the invoice for you to test. You can add temporalte as {invoice_custom_field}.

It supports HTML characters. Tempalte needs to be sent the same way it was created.

Hi, this issue is fixed. The problem is that now every staff member see the others custom email template. This is not nice :-/

1. DIFFERENT USER can see others USERS TEMPLATES. EACH USER MUST BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE ITS OWN TEMPLATE without having other users seeing this. 2. Need to be able to include the sender USER EMAIL And NAME as SENDER.

Hello, the issue related to (1) is fixed. The only issue is related to the SENDER details (Shall be from each USER)
Sender USER Details means: Custom Name + User Email (not noreply@)
No. The email address must be an SMTP email address. Not every server supports what you want. The name of your staff will appear in the email, but the email address will be your SMTP-defined email address.
If you are using a module where you can set up different SMTP settings for each of your staff, that’s different. I’ll try to make it compatible with commonly used email SMTP modules for Perfex CRM.
If I can’t manage this, I’ll open a settings page and add an option to define different SMTP settings for your staff. But this is a lengthy process. It’s not something that will be done in three or four days.
As a result, please send me your FTP credentials. I’ll add the user’s email address instead of the SMTP email address. Check if your server supports it. If it does, you can use it that way. If it doesn’t, I’ll revert to the previous state and you’ll have to wait for me to make updates for a few weeks.

A few issue: 1. The name of the staff member appear as SENDER however we would like to add this format: Name Surname | Company Name as SENDER. Any idea?
2. exactly, a different SMTP per user is what we need. There is another issue, we cannot save the password of the Email on PERFEX. Is there any way to avoid this? Ideally we want to use PERFEX only to send Email but not to receive Email. The Email will be processed on /webmail of the server so that we will not be liable for any breach of PERFEX.

You will not be able to assign SMTP to your staff, but if there is a module that you can assign SMTP to your staff, it will most likely work integrated with it.

Please confirm that your module does all of the following:
1) Allows me to send emails to individual leads. 2) Allows me to send emails to bulk leads 3) Allows me to add prepopulated fields to emails such as {first-name} {company-name} etc from the crm 4) Allows me to add an unsubscribe link to the email which will unsubscribe the lead from the crm 5) Allows me to create multiple templates 6) Allows me to send emails periodically in batches
Please confirm which of these your product will do and any limitations that it may have.

I’m glad to see your interest in my module.
This version do everything except sending bulk emails to leads.
Point 3: The merge field you add should be relevant. For example, if you use a field related to an opportunity in an invoice trigger, that field won’t be filled.
Here are the features I plan to add in the next version:
- Option to create triggers for tickets - Adding an email send button to the lists or details of invoices, projects, tasks, proposals, estimates, contracts, and tickets (if supported as a module). From there, you’ll be able to select and send the prepared template. - Ability to send bulk emails to selected sources or selected leads statuses, just like with clients.

I need to be able to send emails to my leads. For example 200 leads per time to send them all an event invite.
The email that I will be sending will be the same for all of them but it will prepopulate their name and company name from the crm database. Is this something that your plugin can do?

It is difficult to do this in this version. You need to select each lead one by one and then send an e-mail to the selected ones.
In my next version (to be completed in March), I will add the option to send mass e-mails depending on the status or source of the lead. In this way, you will be able to send mass e-mails to the situations you want.

You can see all sent emails in the “Email Log” section.
In this section, you can track the e-mail status, sending time, e-mail content, and opening status of the e-mail.
NOTE: If the e-mail comes to you as bcc and you open the e-mail, it will be marked as opened.

You can track whether the sent e-mail has been sent to the other party successfully or not. If there was an error during shipping, you can track the cause of the error.

Yes but can your plugin check if the emails have bounced?
My plugin does not have the capability to check for bounced emails. only logs the successful delivery of emails from your server. Unfortunately, The plugin do not have the ability to confirm whether the emails have successfully reached the recipient.

This is not a separate system. It is an add-on to the Perfex CRM program. If you are not using Perfex CRM, this module will not be useful to you.
Perfex CRM already runs on your own server. You can add it to your Perfex CRM program from the modules section. You don’t need to do anything other than this.

1. I’m using Advanced Email System to send emails from individual staff members, but I don’t think it’s working with your module. Can you confirm? I am only able to send messages it seems from the admin email address.

1 – Yes, it works based on the admin email information saved in Perfex settings. I’ll review the module you sent and I check if it’s possible to send it using the email details registered for staff.

Hopefully, you can add this functionality soon, as for us it’s the most important when staff is sending individual emails out from the contact or leads profile 
I saw notes on your other upcoming edits:

I’d like to suggest either a custom field option to have the list be filtered by or “contact group” field that can be set for each contact of the company so you are not sending the email to every person at each company when you filter out the recipient list. Thanks!

I made this update. I also added the signature feature you requested. You can see it in the other merge field list at the bottom of the template detail.
You can send emails from invoice list, contract list, proposal list, project list, task list and project list.
Emails sent from the Timer section go to the customer’s primary contact.
Emails set and sent in theTrigger section are also sent according to the Email Notifications you have activated in the contact detail.
There is my e-mail address in the model description you uploaded.

In my update plans is to collect all emails sent from the system under customers and leads. This way, you will be able to track the status of sent emails.
Additionally, I will add reminder system. For example, if you have an unpaid invoice, you will be able to send a reminder email to your sales representative and customer one week before the due date. Similarly, you will be able to set up reminders for projects, proposals, contracts, or tasks.
