It would be most appropriate – for most logical reasons – to declare in your requirements the version of old Laravel your project uses. In earlier post before 8 months, you announced that you will offer an update to Laravel 9. Six months have passed by. It does not seem that you are taking an update serious at all. There cannot be any client, who is not interested to make an update to Laravel 9.
So would you please announce – very seriously -, when an update to Laravel 9 will be released? This time in a binding manner so that potential clients can trust you and buy the script, even if it is still not released.

The fact that you upgraded the version from Laravel 6x to Laravel 9x is one of the most important information. In this case, I strongly advise you to put this in the description and make your potential clients aware that this is using Laravel 9x.

Our changelog already specifies that we’ve updated the dependencies to their latest version.
Not exactly sure why you’d assume we’re using Laravel 6, over Laravel 9. If you’re waiting for an update, you can always check the change-log: https://lunatio.com/phprank/changelog as we’re mentioning when dependencies receive an update.
To put things into perspective, just four (4) people have asked about which version of a dependency is used (in this case Laravel), since we’ve launched this product, this shows that people actually don’t care about such things, as long as the software works as it should.
There’s no reason to start listing all the software’s dependencies and their version.
As always, we keep our product’s dependencies up to date with regular updates.

3. This is something you, or your programmer will have to figure out. By default, the software comes with the functionality presented on the live demo. Anything additional will have to be coded by someone.

That means your payment processor cannot reach out your webhook URL.
Please triple-check, and ensure that you’ve set-up your webhook correctly, and that the payment processor can reach your website.
You can see what exactly is going on, by checking the webhook calls in your Payment Processor dashboard (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Feature suggestion: Cross login capability of your products. So if someone has both this and analytics and/or url shortener, to somehow cross link the user database, to create a single sign on (SSO) option. THis way users dont need to sign up multiple times

By options I presume you mean SEO tests. None of the SEO tests put load on your server as the actual fetching process, which can’t be avoided as the page needs to be fetched & parsed first regardless of how many tests are included. So disabling any of them will have little to no effect on the server resources.

There’s no API involved for the SEO reports. The only API for the SEO reports is for the website preview image (thum.io).
