I bought this package twice. Please respond quickly, because this package after Insta Cronjob doesn’t work, and Dev mode appears with lots of code errors, if we activate it. And it’s not checked that we sent a screenshot. Ticket #50132

My support ended 15 days ago and i did a fresh install of perfex crm on a new domain. I tried flushing my key and every porduct in this bundle says “purchase key not valid” Its saying it cost $134.75 to renew support and all i need is to get the activation working again. I cant pay that much to activate a product that was already paid for. There is no way for me to open a ticket on the support website.

You dont need to renew your support if you are not facing a technical issue.
If you flush your license, your product key shall work in the new domain.
Sorryi posted the comment in the wrong product i was supose to post it for the “Business Tools Modules Bundle for Perfex CRM” i flushed out the key and it still says invalid product key on every product bundled
Thats totally normal. You cannot activate a product using another product’s key.

Hello, I need an answer to the support, we wait 24h00 to get an answer and we are each time waiting without having something concrete. I need to know absolutely, why the endpoint is not the same as in the CLIENT REST API module? My webmaster tells me that it’s not the same module, that it doesn’t have the same endpoint.

Hello, How can I use customers api for this bundle?
it’s not working with the regular link for the module only ”/customers_api/v1/” that’s on the documentation.
Customers API is a separate product – please raise a support ticket within clients are regarding technical questons about its usage.
It’s included in this pack and it’s not working properly the same as the single module.

I don’t really understand the extended license system, if I charge for the use of perfex and not for the modules present, do I still need an extended license for each module?
You dont need an extended license of the modules if you are not including them in the tenants.

You dont need an extended license of our bundle, in order to have its modules used by your tenants – but you cannot use this bundle in more than one SaaS businesses.
I don’t find it very fair, I’m one of the people who bought modules before you released this offer, I bought more than 6 modules, and now I can’t benefit from this possibility?? Do I have to go back to checkout to benefit from this possibility?
Claiming a Black Friday deal unfair, just because you got a different deal for the same product in October, doesnt make sense, the same way that your claim doesnt.
This bundle was released under a specific time and it didnt exist before it. This module contains items that were introduced in the marketplace during last month and will include every new marketing module our team will develop in the future.
Its not about fairness – those are the rules of single licenses ( https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard ).
Im not getting what issue you have with those with these six modules? Arent you able to use them according to the licensing policy of the marketplace?
