When a person sign up as seller he has all the features, but when he sign as buyer or when you buy something as a guest, then I do not see any records or anything that the buyer can come to as reference to what he bought, you can say there is no dashboard for buyers. or i it there but i could not find it?

Buyers who have created an account on the site can view their orders and order details from the “Orders” section of the user dropdown menu. Additionally, both buyers with an account and guests receive an email notifying them of their purchase. They also receive an email when the seller ships the order.Thanks.

I would like to know if your system allows adding variations to digital files, as this refers to the ability to offer different versions or formats of a digital product for sale.
For example, a music seller may offer a song in MP3, WAV, or FLAC format, while a photography seller may offer different file sizes or resolutions.

Unfortunately, the product variations feature is not usable for digital products. You can still add variations to a digital product; however, the downloadable file does not change according to the variation. Instead, you will directly download the file you uploaded for that digital product. That’s why this feature is not usable for digital products.

cover image not displaying correct. what is the size for cover image? i noticed on your demo its 1920×400 and when i use this size, it do not display the width but the height is correct

In the Modesy script, there are different image areas with varying proportions, and each image also has its own proportions. Therefore, it is not possible to fit every image into a designated area. Considering the disk space on your server, site performance, image quality, etc., the Modesy script centers the image and crops it at the edges.
Perhaps you can prepare your images with proportions of 1200×1300px to minimize cropping. You can also adjust these values to 2400×2600px or 600×650px, etc. These are not exact proportions for the image areas but approximate proportions for the images on the main page of Modesy. If your images are close to these proportions and if the main point of the image is in the center, there shouldn’t be any issues.

I have five different websites from five different clients who need me to install an e-commerce website for them, but they need an affiliate system. When I reviewed the other users comments and replies, I saw that you will publish an update soon that contains the affiliate option, so are you sure that you will include this option? Hello, yes, we have such a plan. In the next update, we plan to add a system that rewards people who bring in new users (and amount of their purchases). Currently we are working on our other script. Once we completed that update, we will continue working on Modesy. However, we do not currently have an estimated date for this update. It will probably take at least 2 months.
You can buy without this feature, but we cannot promise. We can never say “yes, buy it, we will definitely add it”. Or you can wait for the next update and buy the product if you like the new version. Thanks.

If you’re asking whether a user can use a free membership plan more than once, the answer is no. Once a user has used the free membership plan and it expires, they won’t be able to use it again. Instead, they will see a text saying ’’This plan has been used before’’ when attempting to select a free membership plan again.

For example, if a buyer ordered a product and choose the bank transfer as the payment options, they can cancel the order when the payment status is ’’ Awaiting Payment’’ from the ’’Orders’’ section. If they made the payment they can request a refund from the ’’Refund’’ section in the user dropdown menu.

I just have one more suggestion if you don’t mind.
Regarding the membership plan and subscribers:
1- can you add a feature in superadmin panel to show the remaining time until the end of the membership plan nex to each vendor!
2- or maybe Show the status of the seller whose membership plan has expired as (Expired).
3- or maybe you can Add a new culum that represents the status of the membership plan or shows expired badge next to a the vendors.
In the current system, the admin cannot know which vendor his membership plan has expired , or how much time remains in the plan that a vendor has purchased.
In the list of users there are: User, email, subscription plan, status, last appearance, date and options. There is no indication that the plan has expired or that the plan is about to expire, and that will be great and help superadmin to send messages to remind vendors so that they can renew before their membership plan expires.

While it’s true that your previous comment was a suggestion, it’s also true that answering your comment requires us to explain some of the features of the Modesy script. After all, it’s necessary for us to clarify how you can accomplish the mentioned tasks with the current features, and this explanation falls within the scope of item support.
For example, although there isn’t a dedicated page to track membership plans, you can still view purchased membership plans, their total number of days, and the purchase dates of each membership plan from the “Membership Transactions” section of the admin panel. Administrators can use this information to determine if a membership plan is about to expire. Additionally, if a membership plan expires and the seller fails to update it for 3 days, the products associated with that plan will be moved to the “Expired Products” section and will no longer be displayed on the site. This is another method to check if a membership plan has expired or not by examining the “Expired Products” section.

While it’s ture that we might meed some guidance regarding the system, but in this case, i have gone through the system and i am aware of all these sections you mentioned, and their functioning.
for example: in “users” section, there is a membership plan culum, it contains type of membership plan, number of days and number of ads.
But there is no way to know when the plan strated and when will it end? or the status of the membership plan.
while in “transaction” section there are users, membership plan, payment method, payment status, payment id, payemnt date, and option, but it doesn’t tell admins when the plan has strated and when will it end ?
I was just suggesting maybe it would be great if you add under “membership plan” a sub-category, you may call it “membership status” or what ever name you see fit that sub-category , that shows: users, membership plan, start date, end date, state, and options like renew plan, send a reminding email, so superadmin can send emails that contains type of plan, status is it expired or about to be, number of remaining days .. etc.
This is just a suggestion, we know you are working in plan, we just submit our suggestions that we think they might improve the system further more, we don’t mean to intervene in your work or plan.

The transaction date and the total number of days in the chosen membership plan are written in the “Transactions” section. Even if the exact remaining days are not written, you can calculate the approximate expiration date and send an email in the week before. Alternatively, you can send a reminder email after their plan expires and products move to the expired products section. However, any responsible vendor would track their membership plan carefully. Vendors who do not follow their membership plan would be an exception.

The update we have released yesterday is a minor update. We are currently working on an update for our Varient script. Once we release this update, we will proceed to work on a new update for the Modesy script. However, Razorpay made some changes recently. As a result, our buyers who use the Razorpay payment gateway were unable to use it due to an error caused by these changes. We have resolved this urgent issue by making the necessary changes to our code and released it as a minor update.

The currency converter system is only for the marketplace system. This means that the prices of ordinary listing products remain unchanged when you switch currencies.
For ordinary listing products, you can enable the ’’Allow All Currencies for Ordinary Listing’’ option in the ’’Currency Settings’’ section of the admin panel. Once you enable this option, you can manually add prices with different currencies when adding an ordinary listing product. With this feature, ordinary listing products can be added from different countries with different currencies.

Hello, this option is not available for classified ads products. If you allow sellers to add their products in different currencies, there will be no currency converter because there will not be a default curreny to convert the price. If you will use the marketplace system, you must define a default currency for your website and all sellers must add their products in this currency. If you enable different currencies, these currency options will be displayed on the front-side of the site and the prices will be converted to the selected currency. Another reason is that we use a free plan for the currency converter. If there are too many currency conversions, you will have to pay monthly for currency converter services. In other words, this system was coded in a way that does not require you to pay extra fees for other services.

The script is good, but I’m missing many functions, which are “nowadays” standard:
1. some functions are missing “bulk actions”, like deleting “Contact Messages”
2. the image compression – some images will compressed too much and appear with “artefacts”
3. there should be an option, to make “Categories > Subcategories” for pages as well
4. the ability to put “Blog” with his subcategories into the “Main menu” and the same for pages
5. missing “drag’n drop” function by “reorganizing of product images (very important)
