a balance is added to vendor’s wallet (without Admin commission)
Vendor can send withdrawal request to Admin to withdraw his earnings, Admin will send it to vendor manually

As admin receives commission on customer room bookings
So we cannot provide ‘add booking’ option in vendor
If a room is booked on a specific date, other customers wont be able to book it

What I understand that when the customer pay through Cards the payment goes to website Admin (Payment Gateways) AND when customer pay on arrival to the hotel , the hotel then sends the payment to Agent and Agent will send commission to website Admin. Is it?
we need to develop website like booking.com and Agoda. Here there are Agencies who have multiple hotels i.e. Agency A have 15 hotels, Agency B have 25 hotels, so there should be Agency Vendor hotel Login required where he can manage its hotel bookings, availability and rates. Whereas website-Admin still get noticed all closed deals and he is able to Approve/UnApprove Hotels as well. Kindly Advise ?

there is no option for customer to pay on arrival to vendor
when customer pays via card , all payment is received by Admin & a amount (without Admin commission) is added to vendor’s balance
later, vendor can make withdrawal request from his balance to Admin
Admin will send the amount to vendor manually
I understand the first payment procedure. BUT there is must option available CASH on Hotel Arrival (when customer shows its booking number, Hotel may accept Cash. I also experienced in Saudia by paying Cash to hotel showing booking.com reservation). Kindly consider this (our required) option and also let me know the best price for this CMS. Also Note Initially no one easily Trust new websites to pay Online, so Pay on Arrival is considerable by customers. Waiting ..

The booking calendar for guests must show the days/weeks/months that are booked so that there is no double booking.

but you have to set price for each night & it will be calcualted based on that
