How do I get the UI that you’re using? there is no guide to that, I’ve activated your script to my perfex CRM, but prefer your UI instead in your live preview
Thanks it is answered, also i noticed a bug when you create reminder and select ‘services’ under related, It crashes error 500
it happens when you leave ‘add service’ and ‘amount’ blank
also when I do recurring reminder, once it sends out the first reminder then its totally deleted, I don’t see it anymore nor in the calender, so is the recurring bugged?

i’m not really clear how this differs from the reminders built into perfex? I think you need to improve the module description.
my main issues right now is when staff do not check tickets or tasks often. Can I create a recurring task to remind staff to check tickets and tasks?
Can I create an automatic reminder that will tell staff if the ticket is overdue and has not been replied to for x days?

Instead of fixed Notification date, is it possible to trigger it by specific events? For example Notify automatically by email after Client changed the status of invoice, project, added new comment – so it’s counts 3 hours and sends the email. Would be really helpful to create this set of auto triggers once and let’s it go on auto pilot.

Hi, I just bought your add on.
We need our customers to approve their finished projects. As we haven’t found a specific feature for that, we are using tickets.
So each time a project is done, we open a ticket asking them to review the project and give us their feedback.
My questions are the following:
1) is there a way for setting a reminder each time we open a ticket, or we need to create a reminder every time we open it?
2) If we create a reminder that will be sent for instance each 4 days for 1 month, will the reminder automatically stop once the ticket has been replied?
3) I tried to set a reminder for a ticket, but after I select ticket, the voice “related document” is empty, is that normal? I thought I had to select the related ticket there.
4) I didn’t understand well how reminder custom service works, what is that for?

Hi, 1- Now you can create a reminder for a ticket 2- Reminder not stop automatically until it status is de-activated(We can customise for you connect at sales@zonvoir.com) 3- Now it has fixed download new zip from codecanyon. 4- Custom reminder is not basically relate with related document you need to leave that field empty and send any custom reminder.
