there is also no data on delivery details where to get the delivery.

I checked the main solution and I am trying to understand how it works before purchasing.
How will the admin be able to know that delivery man delivered the product to the rightful owner. Atleast there should be a code sent to the order owner and the code should be provided to the delivery man, once the once is entered by the delivery man the the system will automatically change the status to deliver. For a secured system and avoid product being delivered to the wrong person.
Secondly if you guys have a whatsapp support or any desk support for a faster solution to any issue, let me know too.

4. Amazon is now starting to have Independant Delivery people take pictures of their car and License plate so a Customer can see this on the app so they can verify this is in fact THE Delivery Man.
5. Do you have Delivery Man reviews from Customers?
6. Can the delivery man be followed on the app from Google Maps by the Customer?
7. Can the Delivery Man and Customer message back and forth?
