What guarantee do we have when making an investment of more than 200 USD if your software has several errors and the demo itself doesn’t work and you don’t provide any support?

It would be interesting to create an option where we assign a certain subscription plan to the user, without the option to choose it. Example. a user registers on the platform and the administrator chooses which plan to assign to them.

yes.. currently some client they pay offline to us, like you said bank transfer, but we cannot add order for them currently, still need try to use online to make some minimum amount via payment for adding order to them. could you add “Add order manually” this feature?

Chatbot is not working! Could you respond by contacting support! I sent a support request last Thursday 18/01 and so far I have not received a response! The system itself is great. It does what it promises, but the response time could be better!
For people who are having problems with the chatbot: Restart the jnode application. Disconnect all devices connected to the number. Access the devices option within the user panel and connect your device again.
It should work!
Why you guys are not supporting me? its been aroung 2-3 days i am requesting to fix the chat bot issue… in user i created sveral chat bots but all chat bots are deleting automatically in few hours….. you guys are not giving the proper support at all…..
