Hi, After install, you have user roles like support agent, then you can creat a new staff user or change user role from users.

3 pre sales questions:
- Is there a way to change the first status when someone create a ticket to be “in progress” innstead of “answered”? I don’t see this option.
- I made an order to open a ticket about this order which works fine. But I can’t find the order number in the ticket anywhere when I open it to reply. Could you add this?
- When we reply to a ticket it seems that the answer is at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to put it at the top? So they see the reply immediatly when they open the ticket

Hi, For the first case, you can create desired statuses and change the status while answering. For the second and third cases, it is possible with the help of plugin settings and plugin template editing. (Like WooCommerce, you can copy the plugin template into your current skin and then edit it as desired)

But I have a few questions that I don’t understand from the demo: - attachments inserted in the ticket from the front-end are not sent and are not displayed after the ticket has been sent. - If the admin sends an image attachment it works and is also seen from the front-end but if he attaches a zip file (the extension is enabled) no file is transmitted). - I don’t see the possibility to open support tickets linked to woocommerce orders.

HI, There is no problem in sending the file either in the dashboard or on the front! You can check file format from plugin settings. Your customers can choose the purchased product when registering the ticket. This item can be enabled or disabled in the plugin settings. Finally, if the plugin has a deficiency or defect, we can include it in the next updates (of course, if it is of general use).
Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Meanwhile I found the setting and enabled it but something is not working right.
If I enable the ability to upload a .zip or .rar file it doesn’t get uploaded. I ask you to try with a test and you will see the problem. All files work except those two extensions.
I have also enabled the possibility to create tickets on woocommerce orders and I see them as a problem too. After activation, if the order remains in “hold” status, the customer cannot open a ticket. If from admin I pass the order to “completed” the possibility is unlocked. (however, the customer may want to open a ticket in the meantime and therefore cannot at this time). Furthermore, if the customer has made at least 1 purchase, there is no longer the possibility to send a general information ticket (without associating a product) because it is associated directly.
If you can check this too please because this way is not good…
In general, customers can only send support tickets for the products they have purchased, but I accept your second case and it is a problem! If you have a better solution for this issue, we will definitely add it to the plugin.
I believe that the customer must first choose whether it is a pre-sale question (not associated with an order), a support order (associated with an order) or general question/info (not associated with an order). So only if the ticket is associated with an order must it show the drop-down menu and therefore the customer can choose the order to which it refers (it must also show the id as well as the name because it could be a repeated order).
Furthermore, for attachments it would be better if they were clicked to open in a new browser window. For files that cannot be viewed in the browser, the download must start.
Let me know if you will be able to update with these changes and how long it will take because I am in a hurry for my customers.
